Hi Holly
Treat it as a naturist spa, make the most of the facilities and relax, if you find the right people you want more with then take it upstairs where the staff wont bother you. Its a lovely day out if sex is not at the top of your agenda

Great place, really freindly and chilled, as others have said play is only in the rest rooms, which makes it ideal as a place to relax without hassle, but if you want fun... you can find it! Lol

It’s a very well run club. There’s nothing to stop friendly chat in the spa area but the rules do prevent unwanted male attention. Upstairs there are a selection of “rest” rooms where you can have private or public fun. We shall be heading back there this autumn for sure. |

We have been twice as we wanted to give the place a fair crack of the the whip. As a spa the place is ok if not a bit dated.There is no sexual ambiance to the place so as a play venue for us it is a no no. |

To be fair (and without wanting to sound patronising in any way), that might be his experience and you've been lucky or gone at different times, or simply look at it from a different point of view.
I only say that because I've read vastly different reviews for clus I've been to on many occasions. Some resonate with me and at least pretty much articulate how I feel about the place, others make me wonder if it's the same venue being described. |

Is this a place for single guys? I’ve often thought of going I’m actually parked up 1 mile from it now, my fear is going to a empty spare and sitting in a towel for an hour ; )

If you go there expecting instant sex you will probably be disappointed. If you there to enjoy the spa, maybe meet people, maybe leading to something more then you can enjoy yourself. |

I visited a long time ago, with a female member of this site (who I will not name).
The spa is great, and nobody can see what is going on in the bubbles in the jacuzzi.
Upstairs I felt slightly intimidated and somewhat shy. The lady I was in there with just said it was first time nerves.
I’m older and more experienced now, so will probably try it again. I live 5 to 10 minuets away depending on traffic. It is a little expensive, but if you are a couple or can get someone to join you as a couple, you will get a discount on the entrance fee.

I have to echo many of the replies to this thread. BGHS is a spa first and foremost and if you approach it with that in mind I would be surprised if you leave disappointed.

We have been to BGHS a number of times when we go to Brighton for the weekend. Yes that is a problem for single guys ,lot of money to pay for half a day ,shame we don't get chance to go more often really as always have a great time but then have a 2 and half hour drive home which is a struggle when you are relaxed lol |

Update/correction: the single male restriction applies to both Saturday AND Sunday. Pity, as I'd have to take a day off to go during the week. |

The staff turn a blind eye to what goes on in the rest rooms and strictly forbid playing outside the rest rooms. Not sure what questions you asked the receptionist but I get the feeling this place is not for you |

I went a couple of weeks ago for the first time. Facilities are lovely and so is the staff.
I went midweek right at opening time and it wasn’t busy at all. When I left at about 1.45pm I went into one of the steam rooms and all if a sudden I had 12 males all around me... unfortunately (I know, I’m horrible to be driven by looks etc) I didnt feel attracted to any of them to play... so will try a different time.
But had a nice time in steam room and jacuzzi. |

We’ve not noticed this behaviour and the club itself would frown upon it. In our experience the men are well behaved, polite and no nuisance at all. Even in the playrooms where you can do whatever you want we have found that the single men are respectful (even in the open playroom). |

I've been there a few times and not noticed that behaviour either, although I've only been in the weekend so maybe the week is different.
Like you, I was actually quite pleased to see how generally respectful the behaviour was, even in the restrooms area as you say. |

Not horrible at all. Quite normal for there to need to be a level of attraction to do any playing. Despite single guys being as common as plankton (on here and at many clubs), I feel exactly the same way. |

Not horrible at all. Quite normal for there to need to be a level of attraction to do any playing. Despite single guys being as common as plankton (on here and at many clubs), I feel exactly the same way."
As with all clubs there is an advantage in going as a couple because we enjoy our own company. Clare is not going to get hounded either like a single woman might. If we meet someone we like then we might have some fun but if we don’t then it’s no big deal either. |

I have been going to BGHS every few weeks for years. It's a clean, attractive, very well run place with a range of saunas and steam rooms, hot pools, a cold pool, and a jacuzzi. The staff, who to be frank are mostly a bit frosty, frown on what they call "amorous" behaviour outside the restroom section, which is a corridor flanked by small and large rest rooms, an open banquette area, and for the more exhibitionistic a mirrored stage. Whether or not sex goes on depends on who's there of course, but I've had many good experiences with men and women. Even if you don't pull you get a good spa session out of it. |

We enjoyed the spa aspect, really clean and loads of different options sauna, steam, jacuzzi, hot baths etc, when we went it was scorching hot so we made use out of the sun deck.. fab !!
We think it’s a spa in its own right, but with optional play rooms upstairs.. which we loved !!
As for the clientele like someone mentioned, it’s like anywhere you in and around this scene it can be varied, so an open mind is required, go you will leave refreshed if anything but the strict rules will ensure you will be safe xx |

The sun deck is the one part I haven't used yet. Every time I've been to BGHS it's been raining or cold outside, but it looks good. Love that place. So clean and such a variety of top quality facilities. |

Fantastic place have been on numerous occasions just wished we lived closer ,enjoy it for what it is ,a naturist spa and you will love all the facilities. If you feel like taking things further then use the rooms on the 2nd floor ,sure you will have a lovely time |

It’s been said already but maybe to repeat. It’s a nude spa first so if you’re going just looking to fuck you’re likely to be disappointed.
It seems pretty good value to us and there are plenty of positive reviews on this forum.
If you’re a single guy walking in with a hard on expecting wall to wall willing fanny we’d suggest going elsewhere |
