On the offchance they pass, we'd just like to say hi to the young Derby couple we were chatting to in the hot tub on Friday night. We saw you again in the bar as we were leaving and you made the comment 'I didn't recognise you with your clothes on' 
Sorry, we were both knackered or we would have stopped and had a last drink with you in the bar. Hope you had a good night and enjoyed a night away from the kids.
If we see you again it would be good to have a drink and chat in the bar.
