There's pretty much f'all anywhere near Oxford. Travel about an hour or so in most directions and there is a lot more choice. There's at least one TV living in Chippie though if you are after a 1:1 meet. Alternatively try and sort out a meet if you are able to accommodate

The only things in Chipping Norton are Clarkson and an F1 racing team HQ. Other than that.....fields.....loads and loads of fields.
