Can suggest 3, but it depends on how far you're looking to travel.
Amour is on the edge of the city close to Victoria train station, then there's Adam & Eves but they're in eccles so strictly speaking they're 5-6 miles outside the city and close to the Trafford centre, Cupids is also a good club, they're in Swinton and are around the same distance away.
