Probably depends on which Club you go to and which night.
I can only speak for my local Club, a polite "no thank you, just watch" works nearly all the time. If not regulars nearby will look out for you if you just repeat in a slightly louder voice.

"Hi all,
As you’ll see we don’t swing but want to go to a club, will we get hassled or will a polite “please watch” solve most problems "
You would be most welcome at The Vanilla Alternative club near Bedford. Some people, especially on a Saturday night when it's couples and single ladies only, just use the club as a social venue, having a few drinks at the fully licensed bar, chatting with other visitors and watching what others are getting up to. |

If you want to play, but don't want to get hassled, most club's have private rooms where you can close the door.
My local club Atlantis in Stoke has two rooms where people can look in and watch, but cannot get in. I know Chameleons also have gates in doorway that you can choose whether to leave open or closed.
Check club websites or contact the club you are thinking of attending them and check of they have this kind of facility. You can then relax knowing that no one will ask about joining you, or touch without permission. |

The Playgrounds have great parties at Arousals ( big NaughtyBiNature one tomorrow with the Swingfields crew )
There are several large playing areas as well as private rooms. They run a guest list only so they know who is attending. Single guys are vetted and numbers restricted. But everyone abides by the No Thank you rule. It’s a great club if you love being watched. |

When I visited Chams (Darlaston) with my fwb, it was her first ever time in a club, and we only had the Friday night available to us, which is open to single guys. We had agreed beforehand to only play with each other, but enjoy the atmosphere, which we did, and enjoyed the evening as a whole, even down to playing in the open couples room Yes, we were approached by single guys, who were polite, and we even chatted to one who didn't mind we weren't looking to involve others on the night. We certainly weren't pestered, or pressured in any way, and we'll be returning as soon as we can. Go for it |
