somewhere over the rainbow in SW Devon

My FB and I are attending Secrets in April. As newbies to the club scene I am dreading the thought of wearing the wrong thing.

Don't want to be undressed or loom like a matron in a school.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Lots of people take other outfits/lingerie to change into while they are at a club and dress quite modestly to begin with.

I would suggest wearing your favourite outfit (little black dress for example) just so you feel comfortable. That way you will feel good and look good. You can take something a little more skimpy and revealing with you and get changed if you feel like it later in the evening.

Thats really helpful because ee are in the same predicament. But we hope to go with another more experienced couple so that could make it easier

Go in an outfit that you feel really sexy in, don’t feel that you have to go over the top. It is all about how you feel, how you look is the outcome of that confidence. You can always go back for seconds and then you can guage how far you want to go

Stoke area

A lot depends on the club. So why not phone them up and have a chat about what most people wear. But the advise above about little black dress is great advise.

Just imagine you’re going to a normal function in the first instance.

Then shove something eye-popping underneath

Smart clothes for the bar area. I normally have two outfits in my bag for changing: sometimes I change my mind so have a backup plan

Wear what makes you feel sexy and comfortable. I have big belly-warmer knickers on last night

We have found that there is never an expected dress code. Even when they say there is!!!

People wear all manner of things. And there is always the option to bring something more daring with you and change.

I always wear a dress I feel sexy but totally comfortable in. (And heels of course) For me this is usually short but something I’d wear to a party. I look like I could be going anywhere. Only difference is that I’m not worried if my stocking tops show or my dress is too plunging! Lol

I don’t have that many variations it’s the undergarments that I will vary!! Love getting the chance to show off all my favourite lingerie.. if we get that far!!

Blokes mostly just wear their normal casual clothes btw lol. Hubby usually goes for shirt and jacket.

Good luck!
