I don't know of any ladies only events in London but up north Cupids host a ladies event regularly.

The club is on 2 levels so men are allowed to attend too but don't have access to the whole club.

The downstairs is ladies only, the upstairs is for everyone. This means couples can attend - the ladies go downstairs without their partners to chat and play just with other ladies and if they want to involve the men they go upstairs.
