Hi guys and girls.
Have a few friends up here in not so sunny Scotland, interested in taking a wee trip to a new club.
Been told that Blackpool and Newcastle are both fantastic places to go.
Any recommendations or advice on what you think would be the best places to go. Considering coming down on a Friday and travelling back on the Sunday. That way could maybe fit a club night and a social night in.
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.

So Blackpool has infusions, open to single men on the Fri eve but not the Sat eve. There is also paradise hotel, didn't realise until recently you could go if not staying there, no idea on rules about it.
Newcastle has no clubs, nearest is club F. I think Fri allows singles, I think sat is very limited on single guys.
Club F is more strict on entry requirements so would definitely speak with them before planning a visit.
You don't mention your friends gender. There are very few clubs that allow groups of guys to enter, again, worth ringing ahead if this is the case. |

Hi thanks for your reply, thats a lot more information than i knew so im really greatful.
At the moment there are a mf couple, single m and single f. However may be a few more nearer the time.
I have heard Infusions can be really good, however not heard much about club f. I do have a thing for the accent over
there though!! |

Infusions is well spoken of, despite trying a couple of times, day and evening, not for us.
Club F we haven't tried, but have only heard very good things from others.
Both are quite different, infusions has a pool and although technically not dress down downstairs, it's very much a dress down club.

I would definitely recommend Club Sx once they are up and running later this year. I’ve been fortunate to have been to some of their world famous parties which totally epitomise what swinging (although not for the faint hearted) is all about. They will be doing parties and nights for newbies through to the more seasoned swinger once open.

Club Sx is mostly geared towards the bi/TV/CD/TS sector isn't it? The OP lists he is straight on his profile 
As a mixed party I would recommend Club F, as you also have the option to stay over |

Oohhh fellow Scots visiting the north east then I would definitely recommend club f (coz I really miss the Scottish accent lol). All there info can be found on there website. There seems to be a mix of uses so a friday would be fantastic as it's mixed night. And like a thread has already said they have hotel rooms on site so no need to worry about finding transport or accommodation. I'm a member so maybe slightly bias but I can't recommend it enough it's brilliant x |

For instance events that are geared towards LGBTQ will be advertised in that way. Events that clubs usually put on, for instance Couples and single ladies, Single events, MILF events etc will also be run.

Each to there own-good facilities in both clubs. But we would tend to drive past Club F for another hour and half to visit Infusions-more of a party vibe in our view. Especially with a couple of cocktails in Blackpool on the way! Either way enjoy! x |

But for the OP... this club isn't open and there isn't an opening date yet, depends on when you are booking as to whether it's a consideration for you |

Straight people are more than welcome to coming along as long as they are friendly to that LGTBQS people in the club. We already have many straight members that feel comfortable around LGTBQS people and do not feel threatened by them at all and this day and age why would they??
Times have moved on and at Club Sx we feel its times attitudes did as well. You do know the S in LGTBQS stands for SWINGERS OR STRAIGHT!! depending who you talk too.
We will be holding many different event from couple & female only evenings to Bi events & mixed party event and try and cater for all.
I would say Blackpools the place to go as you could go to Infusion say on the Friday & Club Sx on Saturday when we are open or even go to Paradise. So three different places to visit including the night life in Blackpool and all the guest house with a few swinging hotels as well.

Being totally inclusive to all sexualities and genders has never had a negative impact on us. Intolerance is not accepted, end of.
If you start the way you mean to go on, then members will know from day one that they will possibly be sharing the space with people from all walks of life and it will become normal for your club.
There are a few clubs in the Northwest that are not really LGBTQS friendly and that is fine for them and their members. But for those who want more of an inclusive mixed bag, there of plenty of clubs that offer this and your club will not suffer for taking this stance. |

Thanks ill have a good look at the reviews before we take our first trip. Havent heard of that one, but then i havent been part of the scene very long xx |

The transport and accommodation are definitely appealing. Always happy to meet a fellow scot, depends which accent your after. Some i cant even understand!! X |

I would say Blackpools the place to go as you could go to Infusion say on the Friday & Club Sx on Saturday when we are open or even go to Paradise. So three different places to visit including the night life in Blackpool and all the guest house with a few swinging hotels as well.

If its a good night, thats all we are after.
I like your idea about one place per night as its a full weekend were planning, so hopefully we can make it when you are opening, maybe even opening night.

Snap!! I'm from inverness so very easy to understand lol. And if your still unsure where to go make it a proper road trip and try both. Club f on fri then off to Blackpool on sat lol x |
