Hi as from north west only real know about clubs around there. I can strongly recommend clubs; yes can be quite daunting first time but at least you know there the couples are actually couples . Best thing to do is have a look on the club review section for your area have a nosy and see which one suits best. Some clubs have couples only nights some have specific nights for first timers. Give it a go and sure you will both like the experience. |

Decide what sort of night you want, couples, mixed, bi etc. Then read reviews. Try to go on a busy night. More people = more chance of meeting for fun.
Don't go at 9am on a Tuesday morning! |

The Vanilla Alternative attracts a lot of people from all over East Anglia and has onsite hotel rooms available. It's ideal for first timers as the licensed bar and snug are clearly defined as socialising areas whilst in the hot tub and playrooms, newbies to the club scene can easily decide to just watch, chill out on their own, have some fun together or, if they decide to do so, join in with others.
Unless you are particularly looking for single guys, I would suggest that Saturday nights would be best for a first visit. Some Saturday nights this year have special events which are priced differently so check out the 'Events' section of the club's website for details. |

Colchester |
Mingles in Colchester, Essex. We are possibly the closet club, although my geography isn't great lol. Jaydees, The VA, Chameleons are also really good clubs that we have been to ourselves.
All will have different themed events, regular events, and different facilities so it will depend on what you are looking for, best to try all of them maybe and see for yourself.
If we can help at all, please message us! |

Stoke area |
I have been to Mingles, Colchester. It's a modern club . Quite small, but lovely atmosphere. I found the staff very welcoming and reassuring. They have me a tour and answered my questions. The regulars were great fun. I would definitely return if I was in the area again and it's only one of two club's that I would feel safe to attend alone . |
