Really feeling the effects of not being able to swim in a warm pool...... and everything that goes with it.
Can anyone recommend any clubs in London that may have a heated pool.
All suggestions welcome ??

Missing just chilling on a Sunday at our favourite venue.
Re comment about floating cum, never our experience and seemed a strange comment to make to a genuine question.
I'm sure many like us are missing the chilled social experience.
Thanks for other comments, perhaps in the summer we'll venture out too Eurekas.

Yes a very odd comment and it wasn’t our experience either. We tried Silverleigh yesterday. |

It's the warm water we're mainly looking for.
those who know us will know how much we miss the massage room.
The Diogenes Sun Club, could be worth looking into but having kids around isn't really our thing.
We're probably adult nudist's, rather than real naturists I guess. |

Diogenes is definitely a family oriented place. It’s got a lovely indoor pool though. I belong to a similar club and strictly no playing in public. But what happens behind closed doors..... |

Kestrels/Abs Fabs uniquely provided a heated pool all day and late into the night all year round, covered in bad weather and open in good weather. The outdoor hottub also was unique.
Other places tick some of the boxes but without the two above features they will always come up lacking.
We are the diaspora of Kestrels... |

" We tried Silverleigh yesterday.
How was it? I was looking at their website, might consider a trip there soon."
The pool facility is good, and they serve food which is also good. The play areas are poor though and no play is allowed anywhere else apart from the three small play rooms. To be fair we enjoyed ourselves and will probably visit again but won’t be regulars. |

Thats pretty much the place summed up. They've smartened the changing room and lounge up recently. |

Hmm.. sounds like it might still be worth a trip. Shame the play rooms are small but I don't take up much space anyway |

It's far from perfect I know but Rios in Kentish Town offers steam rooms, hot tubs, saunas, swimming pool (a bit cold unfortunately) and private play rooms. For couples there is a separate play area upstairs. Unfortunately without Abfab/Kestrals we will all have to compromise on a few things. |

I think the couples only play area upstairs closed just over a year ago due to safety regulations when they had their sauna fire. I'm assuming it's still closed? It was only ever open on Saturday evenings (couples night) anyway.
As a spa in itself, the only thing missing is a nice heated pool but the play rooms are pretty grotty compared to Kestrels and the attitude of some of the clientele can sometimes leave a bit to be desired. Don't expect a pro-active warm, friendly welcome from the staff either. You might be lucky though. |

Unfortunately the only really great club we know with a wonderful indoor pool is swinging pedrables in Barcelona. It is awesome if you have a weekend to spare and an easy jet flight can often be just as cheap as a taxi these days! |

Rios does have about 6 lockable private playrooms that can take up to 4-6 people at a time. Plenty of cleaning spray and paper towels on hand! Play how you like and as much as you like in the rooms. I've seen plenty of group action in the steam rooms. There's plenty of fumbling and playing in all the hot tubs, flashing and wanking in the saunas. And if you like hot tubs Rios will blow your mind. They have 2 hot tubs twice the size of Kestrals and one massive hot tub that can seat 20 people. Free tea and coffee and you can take your own alcohol and keep it behind the counter. Free towels and entry is about £10 for ladies. £20 for couples and £25 for men. |

I agree with comments above. Would suggest you to check it out on Fridays from 7pm (couples night). The single men/couples ratio on a Saturday I visited was overwhelming |

Just had a quick look and do fancy this place as well.
Quite a few options. All probably involve a night sleep over somewhere |

We made our one and only trip one weekday evening after a show. The playrooms were tiny and thoroughly unappealing.
Nothing there blew our mind!!! |

Silverleigh
Website says 31' that's warm me thinks?.
Anyone comment on this as it's one of main reasons we're going there"
We went there last Saturday. It’s not as warm as Kestrels was but because the pool is properly enclosed the overall pool experience is fine. It’s not a lingering pool though, better for swimming. |

As mentioned radletts just outside borehamwood is prob the best outdoor pool, but it’s not open weekday daytimes. Silverleighs is open but the pool is both small and not particularly heated! It’s mainly naturist but some play does go on in some small rooms round the back |

Thanks for that. We're giving it a go and see from there.
We're pretty Chilled anyway so if no action that's not a problem. Although may squeeze into small rooms |

Well we enjoyed the pool, not hot as Kestrels but actually quite nice. Especially as we wanted to swim. Sauna very hot as I like it and bigger than K (hubby). Steam Room was ok, did what it said on the tin.
Jacuzzis were nice, hot enough, everything in one location.
Overall enjoyed it and will go again. Won't stay over next time. |

Maybe it was the room, we had the one above the smoking area. The room itself was great, but walking past smoke every time we went up and down the stairs put us off. There is an ensuite on ground floor and if available we would consider staying again.
Don't really want to be too negative as we did enjoy the experience and will go again.

Can understand the smoking issue. We actually thought the little heated seating area on the edge of the lawn would have been good to sit at but obviously it was not for us! |
