You will have a great time, a kink event is slightly different to a swingers event and I doubt you see much in the way of sexual activity but for kinksters it is a truly great event and very well run.

To be honest, so did we. Very surprised is not better attended from here. Perhaps it is and their just keeping quiet! We actually don't mind if it's quieter than a Saturday night, there might be room in the hot tub! |

We were booked in for the Saturday night too but had to cancel as something came up. Managed to get into the travel lodge up the road so planning on a few drinks Sunday afternoon, a good flogging for MrsP, a chill in the hot tub and a taxi at the end of the evening!  |

Hi I can help you here, I went to the last one in January. Hadn't been before but there are many playrooms with equipment to use. One room had some strange equipment which the staff showing me around said would make you look like Han Solo when he was frozen in carbonite. It was some sort of vacuum suit I believe.
If you go don't worry about food. There was a good selection of hot/cold meals to choose from.
I thought it was a good place to go. I don't think you would be disappointed! |

It's our first time at Twisted this weekend but not our first time at The Vanilla Alternative. I don't think you could find a friendlier club than the VA. It's well run with great facilities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. |

Unfortunately we are going to have to cancel this weekend. We have a very poorly puppy dog and simply can't go away. You always hope you outlive your pets but that doesn't make it any easier when you do. Hope you all have a great time and we will definitely be visiting you soon. X |

Hi all,
I was after people's opinions with regard to VA and their Twisted event that they host. Being a single submissive male (yes, there's a lot of us) I was wondering if this is an ideal location to potentially meet a dominant lady... or do the people who go already tend to be in couples groups etc? I wouldn't want to go and stand out like a sore thumb or embarrass myself or others by breaking the rules!
Do people approach each other? Sorry if these sound like stupid questions, but I'm not sure of the etiquette.
