I don't expect you will be able to do it in Nottingham.
You would need to get licenced as an adult entertainment venue and neither Nottingham city council or nottinghamshire county council will be likely to grant you a licence.
It has been tried before several times for swinging clubs - always refused. |

There really doesn't seem to be much in the way of play space in the East Midlands so i would recommend you do your research. Go to the local munch, meet some of your target audience, find out what's wanted and what's missing.
On a personal note, I've been in the kink scene for close to 10 years, organised a few events and have a good reputation for safe, sane and consensual play. I wouldn't never dream about proclaiming myself a Master without studying under an established Master who had himself done the same. Like a Samuri. |

I agree that you can't just call yourself a master if you've no experience of what it means, which I'm guessing is the case as you're asking for subs.
As for setting up a dungeon I can think of two for hire in the Midlands already. And as far as I'm aware you don't need any sort of license for that, unless it's for a members only fetish club. |
