Bowery Bliss, New York City
Jump to: Newest in thread
We are visiting NY from the UK in a few months and out of curiosity Googled swinging clubs in the city. The club stood out as possibly worth visiting.
Has anyone of you Fabbers ever visited this place and is it as good as it sounds? We hadn’t planned on playing whilst over there but this place looks tempting. |

We went in August last year. It was ok but we felt a little out of place.
We had one guy who apparently was a regular keep asking us why were we in the club.
Hard to explain but it seems they are not us open as us brits.

Thanks for the info. Reading online reviews it seems quite a hit & miss place. It appears that a fair few of the NY clubs are there just to fleece money from punters, not much better than a clip joint. Maybe we will give NY swinging a miss, we hadn’t planned on visiting a club anyway so no disappointment on our behalf. |

There is so much to do in NYC that you’ll struggle to fit it all in anyway! |

Went years ago just as it changed owners. Was a bit basic. Met a brutish guy who came in with two stunningly good looking women. Chatted a lot but no fun. But then a large American woman took a liking to me and I had to basically escape, she wouldn’t take no for an answer!
Was expecting a lot more from New York. Always imagined a really high level club. I think I remember reading the scene there was more private parties in houses rather than swinging clubs. Maybe it’s changed. |

Yes we’ve been before, done all the tourist sights. This is a more leisurely visit; parks and coffee shops in the daytime. People watching and chilling out. Evenings are free for whatever happens but as we’re not big drinkers we don’t want to hang around in bars every night. |

"If the wife is bi go to Henrietta Hudson. She’ll kop off in a heartbeat.
Or just hang out in Employees Only. As the sign says, beware of pickpockets and loose women. "
Thanks for the tip, we will look into Henrietta Hudson. Wife is bi so that sounds promising. |

Just been reading reviews. Henrietta Hudson is listed as a lesbian bar...is that exclusively lesbian or are bi ladies there too? Wifey prefers to play with me in a threesome and won’t go off alone with somebody in a strange city.
Employees Only appears to be a speakeasy style cocktail bar. Is this recommended just as it’s a great bar or for the pulling opportunities? |
