VA, Jaydees or Abfabs?

"Which, in your experience, is the best club for a couple to meet a straight man (men)? Thanks"
Not been to abfabs but the other two are both good clubs! Different angles one has a pay bar the other has a bring your own, one has open areas the other has private rooms. All we would say is try them all! if you like the club then the people you are looking for will also like it and be around you ! Have fun  |

Hi I haven't done va or abfabs so cannot comment on those clubs. But I'm a regular at jaydees. Usually there is a nice selection of guys depending on the night. Greedy girls on the 26th and there will be quite a few guys there. I shall be at jaydees that evening |

Have been to VA and Abfabs...
Didn't like Abfabs at all (have tried it several times hoping it would improve)
LOVE VA, totally different club, very clasy, clean, great atmosphere, attractive and friendly people... No contest really.
Haven't tried Jaydees but heard mixed reviews, some good and some awful. Guess it depends on what you are looking for!
Best thing is to try for yourself!

Tried all 3 ..We didn't like va too pricey and open..and prefer jaydees over abfab..location is nearer for us and far friendlier ..but all that said each too there own..you really should try all of them..It may tick more boxes for you x |

I have not been to Jaydees but my preference is quality over quantity, and I have had some very mixed feedback from people about their attendees.
Abfab was a one time visit and never again! unless you ARE looking for gangs of Asian taxi drivers from Heathrow in track suits and lacking deodorant
VA is a nice venue, and best of the 3 you have mentioned, but still, the pickings were very slim.
IMO, the place to go would be Le Boudoir in London, Stylish and selective. It's easily the best UK club these days.

Thanks guys for taking the time to reply. It seems from what we’ve read it probably depends what night you go. We’ve only been to Arousels and Radletts previously. Liked the layout and atmosphere of Arousels. We’re not interested in pools and jacuzzis but are fans of cleanliness!! As stated, I guess we’ll have to try them out! |

We are so upset that people can comment on here about our club when they haven't been to it, its not fair.
The people that come along here are totally wonderful.
These are also the same people that go to VA and Abfabs and enjoy all 3 of the clubs. But they choose to go to different ones as life would get boring if they went to the same club every time. x

I have been to VA and Jaydees. I am a regular at Jaydees, attend a few times a month because I feel so welcome and part of the jaydee family. It's great for people who are new to it all as there are private play rooms which you can lock as well as public with a range of different themes and kind of play areas. I went to an event at jaydees on a Friday and ended up staying over night and back on the Saturday I loved it so much!
I go to VA for milf club, I always chat to new people and get to know different people, had some great times.
I also go to the Annex in Kings Lynn which is also great for newbies as it is small and there's always helpers near by, lovely group of people there too!
I know that any problems at any of these clubs would be sorted quickly to make sure you enjoyed the rest of your night and that they will look after you

I’ve been to both VA and JAYDEES
I like them both !
As previously said the differences are paid bar open play areas hot tub VA
It cost more to get into va too !
Jaydees is bring your own and has a huge range of play areas open, closed, fetish etc list goes on they also have a huge amazing new hot tub !
Both places are very clean friendly and welcoming
I’m my opinion va is more business like where jaydees is more personal family like. Both are very welcoming.
I personally prefer jaydees as it’s more personal x
( Just like Mingles in Colchester which is a smaller intimate club)
Both are great clubs
Hard to say negatives as every night in every club is different.

We've been to all three (and a few others too), and are members of two. You'll get fans of all, based on their opinion and experiences, to which others will disagree so let me answer slightly differently. And hopefully not stating the bleeding obvious!
If you've been to other clubs you'll know the vibe changes slightly with the crowd, but there will be single men at all. I'd perhaps ask slightly different questions.
- Where do you like playing?
VA has no private rooms for example, whereas Abs has the most
- Is there a particular day/timeyou want to go?
VA has some daytime during the week, but different to Jaydees (some Friday afternoons) whilst abs is only Evenings (it's kestrels during the day). Weekday evenings vary too
- is there an event/theme on when you want to go?
That might vary who goes - greedygirls may mean more men, whilst another night may see them capped.
- do you want chance or a degree of choice?
There are usually threads of all three so you often have an idea of who is going.

I agree. I go to all three clubs and they all have their good points and very different atmosphere from each other. It depends who’s there on the night as most people go to different clubs at different nights. X

I haven’t been to le boudoir myself but heard from friends that venue is ok but Pricey and have paid girls to satisfy customers. I personally would never go. |

I've only been to Jaydees a couple of times on my annual visit to the area, and both times I've had a fantastic night. Made new friends, had a great social evening and been lucky enough to have played both times too |

Not just saying this because they're the last poster above me (honest!!) - but can definitely recommend trying Mingles in Colchester also - which is probably as close to you as any of the others you've mentioned.
It's a smaller venue but size doesn't matter right? However what it lacks in size it certainly makes up for in terms of class, vibe and being very sociable and welcoming - both times I've visited the atmosphere has been just right and the fact it's smaller actually makes it easier to meet and chat to people.
Of the others have only been to VA and Jaydees and both offer something different dependent on what you're looking for - VA is classy and open plan, whereas Jaydees offers private rooms as well as open areas with an emphasis on fun. Both are very welcoming with staff on hand to answer questions and show you round etc. |

Just to be clear, we posted in support of Jaydee's comments as we know how people do like to comment on others opinions of clubs they haven't visited, which can be upsetting. The post was clearly about 3 other clubs (not Mingles but thank you for the kind comments) , personally we like all 3 clubs for different reasons and although we haven't visited them for a while, we hear from our members how great they still are (including improvements etc) and look forward to getting some time off soon to visit all of them.

I disagree, having been a long serving member of Mingles (the only place I will ever rate with 5 stars) and will be there again for the opening night soon.
Jaydees for us didn't have the right feel... may be because we were both still very new the scene (Mrs marmite and myself)
The VA is nice enough, but a expensive bar, and no lockable rooms to play in.
Mingles has everything we require, socially relaxing, and if we want to play then there's a lockable room for privacy.
In our view, this is the only club to visit |

As ever with clubs you can never guarantee who's going to be there on any given night, or overall ratios - most clubs however allow single men on specific nights only - can only speak for VA on that score but they allow up to 10 single men to attend on a Friday night (although first Friday of the month is Bi Night and ratios may differ then) |
