Who are you trying to kid. I think a few of the club's around the northwest have been pretty busy just of late. I've been a visitor to amour either by myself or with my female friend over the last 6 month and I've not witnessed any kind of event on there. (Maybe that's why the word around other clubs not my words) is the reason for loosing 80% of yiur regulars. You have a nice layout of a club there but for paying customers you have to give them what they want and this isnt case with amour. As for a bollywood night i personally think its a stupid idea for a theme nigjt |

So only joining a wk ago doesn't give me the right to have an opinion. I've probably been on and off fab a lot longer than you. In fact I was even going in amour before you were there when it was a proper swingers club. I'm entitled to my opinion weather I've been here 1 wk or 1 yr. As for where I party it certainly won't be in your run down grovel anymore that's for sure.

Everyone entitled to an opinion ....we don’t all like custard creams ....sure other clubs will entice you there We like our customers. Whatever colour age gender or sexual orientation. I’m suprised sometime that’s bi wants to diss a Bollywood night ..... I thought swinging was all inclusive but hey ho. I’ll let my reputation and general honesty stand as the genuine guy I am. ..... liked by most. Disliked by few |

Wow sounds like somebody's got a personal shitty on with amour.
We would like to say that after going to amour for the last 3 yrs yes there's been some bad nights as you'd get in any club but we've had more better nights in this great club. Amour is probably the only northwest club that does give it's customers something back by giving them free entry on a Tuesday as to which is a great gesture and a really busy night. People try all different clubs and have their own views and preferences. We personally do not dress up for any type of theme night because we hope to have our clothes off in a couple of hrs but we still attend the nights. We've probably got around 1/2 dozen friends who have young kids like ourselves so it makes it harder for us all to be there on the same night same time ect. There's always 2 or 3 that can't get sitters at the same time. My point being is you'll get is in say on a Friday bit our friends can't get in till Saturday so if your not all their together does that make it quiet?
Steve, Dave and co do a great job of running amour so we think silly comments like above won't even be taken on board because you can't get better than better itself |

We have been on the scene for a long, long time and used to (infrequently) visit the last club that existed in Manchester City centre.
We have not visited Amours and probably won’t because something just did not feel right. In the early days they sent us spam emails about their events and then the threads on here about advertised events never seemed to subsequently match up to the reviews of people who went.
Amour may be a good club but the vibe that we get is to avoid, rather than go.
Perhaps the new start after the rehab might also means new start in the way they market and promote their events. |

Depends on your age group. We’re very very different to Cupid’s. We except TVs. And under 25s. Cupid’s doesn’t. Cupid’s is a great club. But our clients maybe wouldn’t go to Cupid’s. And it’s not in Manchester. I go to Cupid’s myself and I agree it’s very well run. Bruce does a great job. ..... but I couldn’t eat custard creams all week. I like the odd fig roll every now and then. ....even a garibdi . Xxxx |

We've been to most of the club's in the Manchester area. More than once.
The only one that we found to be consistently busy, with friendly people, is Cupids. So that would be our recommendation.

I go to both amours and Cupid’s. I went to Cupid’s years ago when I first started in the scene. I first started going to amours not to long after it opened
If I am not free till the evening then I tend to go to amours. The reason is that Cupid’s takes a good 20 mins in a taxi from Manchester and if Man Utd or Man City has been playing in Manchester on a late afternoon or evening kickoff then the roads are really busy
If I am free from early evening then depending on what is going on I tend to go amours but I might go to Cupid’s once in a while for a hob nob.
Both clubs are fine and well run. I always say if staying in Manchester City centre then go to amours |
