We are members and it’s our club of choice. Every time we have been we have not been hassled and we love the live dj. It’s a night club come swinging club. As for dress code the ladies well pretty much anything goes whatever you feel comfortable in and men very smart casual. Just wish we could off been there for nye we was there last nye and wow what a night. |

I would go again, but wouldn't be my preference, I'd only go for a certain event that appealed to me. If I was to travel over there I'd rather go to chams, reason being I can stay local and go to a nightclub instead. |

It's a fantastic club. I am happy to drive 4 hours every few months to have a night out there, xtasia is one of my favourite clubs and I've had some amazing times there |

I think it really depends on the mood you're in. If you're wanting a relaxing spa like time, then Chams is the one, if you're wanting to dance the night away or feel like a nightclub vibe then Xtasia is the one. |

We've been going for nearly 2 years and we love it made some really good friends too. Very relaxed and not too in your face. Give it a try after all the social side of swinging is just as important as the swing side. |

We go to Xtasia fairly frequently and we also go the Chameleons in Darlaston. Both of these Clubs are quite a trek for us considering how many Clubs are nearer in the NW - but we feel they are both the best in the U.K. for what they offer.
It really gets me when people don’t explain why they prefer one Club over another and wit Chams and Xtasia it really is like chalk and cheese.
First up Xtasia is a nightclub theme and therefore generally the age group is at least younger at heart if not altogether younger. They put on some epic events through the year and their website has a calendar for the whole year ahead and there is a little section on there where you can communicate directly with other members of the Club and the owners. The Club is huge and in addition to the fantastic dance floor area there is a bar with really good prices (pub prices - not Club prices). There are also loads of play rooms, a chillout area and a cinema and jacuzzi area. You really can do whatever you want there and although most people start the night dressed up- they don’t end the night that way lol.
Chams is completely different as it is a dress down venue and is really a much more in your face sex Club. Many people prefer the fact that they can get undressed to a towel/underwear/shorts straight away and there is kind of no mistaking what the place is about. That said, it is not like sex is an expectation and you have to do anything but it is much more evident as to the point of attending  There is no bar as such at Chams, you take your own and the bar staff serve your drinks. There are two huge jacuzzi’s but we don’t use them ourselves seeing as what people evidently do in there (yuk).
In other words, if you are young at heart party people who like to dress up, dance and flirt AND get down to business later - if you feel like it. You can’t go wrong with Xtasia. If on the other hand you feel a bit more chilled and just want to get undressed straight away and mingle with similarly undressed people and have a high expectation of playing - then Chams may be for you.
For many of us - we do both depending on our mood and what we want out of the night.
Fact is that the Midlands is blessed by having two great and not really competing Clubs. |

Evidently something happened that put you off in your one and only visit but for what it is worth - last night at Xtasia was absolutely packed and one of the friendliest and “non cliquey” atmospheres that we have ever experienced at any Club. Tonight will also be club busting affair with the legendary NYE party with literally HUNDREDS attending.
You may (just may) be doing yourself a disservice by forming an opinion from just one visit. The reviews section on this website would indicate that whatever happened to put you off was not something that has put others off - or at least they are not reviewing any negativity. |

So we just attended two nights at Xtasia and they were just fabulous. We have been on this scene for a long time and in our experience there is nowhere else that attracts such a crowd of young and young at heart people and just so, so many seriously good looking people. When you consider the towel shufflers that are often found in the dress down Clubs - Xtasia is a world away from that. If you like your music and you like young and young at heart sexy people then you can’t really go wrong at Xtasia. Oh... and there is a Premier Inn literally next door and if you book early enough, therooms are as little as £30/£35 night. |
