Hey guys,

We want to pop our club cherry on friday 5th January. Location doesn't matter much but we are looking for somewhere aimed at younger couples (an under 40's event would be absolutely perfect). Neither of us have much interest in anyone over 40 and so a club full of 50-60 year olds would likely put us off for a long time. It's nothing personal and we certainly mean no offence, but we all have our likes.

Just wondering what advice people have or where is best to look?

Cheers folks

Annie x

Which is fine, but not what the OP asked.

OP - I've unfortunately never seen events like this in the swing scene, but the fetish scene does have quite a few if you're into kink at all (they're usually U35).

I think a few clubs do have u40 events (like the townhouse) but whether you get one to coinceide on your specific night is unlikely.

We're well aware that there is a big age mix in clubs. That said we have seen under 40s nights before just on dates we haven't been available.

It's not an issue if there are some older people there, just so long as we can find one with a busy night and decent number of younger people too. Worst case scenario for us is walking in to find an almost empty club where we're the only ones of our generation there.

That may not ever be the reality but as we're new to the club world we're just looking for advice drom the masses. If there aren't any clubs aimed at or typically attended by younger people then are there any which are likely to be very busy that night?

I've found clubs generally tend to be quieter in January.

That's a very valid point. Ordinary night clubs are dead in January and February too

They are out there, hence clubs putting on specific nights for them. They are not the mainstream of swingers tho. Try hard enough and you will find events that meet your needs.

It's a little up the road from you and not in January, but townhouse hosts a night called allure in February. It's for couples and I think a few single guys under 39.

We've been a few times now and it's been a great night. There's not much detail up yet for the next one but I think it's the 9th of Feb xx

Town house isn't too far away. We'd rather do a road trip and reduce the risk of finding a colleague there anyway.

We'll still look to arrange something for jan 5th but when details are published we will probably be adding oir names to the guest list for feb!

Much appreciated xx
