We have just booked for 10 days in April to celebrate our honeymoon in style. We have heard some great stories about this resort and we are really looking forward to it, however looking st some posts on here temptation looks like an option.
We can still change up till March.
I would be interested in people’s thoughts on this and which resort do you think is best ?

Going in late February thought my g/f and I might stay in a adult only hotel for a long weekend or longer while travelling around, anyone know which might be best for the older (but still horny and active) couple? swinging and nude bathing Looking at temptation, secrets or desire in cancun area at the moment |

We’ve stayed at both Desire Pearl and Desire RM. we preferred Pearl as it was slightly more upmarket than RM although RM is non too shoddy tbh. Both are all inclusive but we found that Pearl also has better food and a better ambiance BUT it is quieter than RM. RM rooms are lovely and the food is okay. It has much more of a social feel the Pearl for sure. Downside is you’re not allowed to ‘play’ in the ground floor where the pool, bar, sun loungers are. Mrs Mojo was told off for giving me a mid morning BJ and in general we found the Americans a bit inhibited when it came to outdoor play compared to Cap d’adge where anything goes any time of the day.
Outdoor play at RM is restricted to the bedrooms or an upstairs Jacuzzi/bar area and that tended to start at 4.00pm when most retreated for an afternoon aperitif and naked social which was fun and pretty boisterous although we saw a lot of flirting there wasn’t any hard and fast playing. Each evening the nightclub is opened and there’s a theme to each party. The Americans (and Canadians) took this very seriously and cane up with some amazing creations each night. We had a lot of fun at night having met some Canadian and South American couples and played back in the jacuzzi area (the upstairs bar is closed at night unfortunately) which under the stars and warm evenings was quite magical.

Desire RM. We book through Kenwood Travel. Our understanding is that RM has more of a party vibe than Pearl. Apparently everybody at Pearl goes to bed shortly after midnight whereas at RM the disco is buzzing until 1am and then people move to the Jacuzzi (with a swim up bar and play beds around) until it closes at 3am. If you are still not ready for bed then the main bar stays open and they make fresh pizzas to order through until breakfast.
They used to say no sex on the beds on the beach but now apparently it's ok. I've also seen sex around the pool on the four poster beds and nobody said anything to the participants. There is plenty of playing going on although many of the guests are waiting for someone to 'get the party started.
The age range is wide with some guests in their 20s but is mainly 40s and and 50s.
One big reason we like the place is because everyone is so sociable. You make so many friends during the holiday because everyone wants to talk to you. On a regular holiday people tend to keep themselves to themselves. |

We are going the cheapest weeks of the year, with special offer it’s £2700, but it’s about £3500 rest year for 14nights. I suppose it all depends when your getting married, it’s a great place cause nobody cares what size or shape you are as long you are chatty and nice you get on great. Xx |

Well that cements it for us and feel we’ve made the right choice, we’ve been to Cap twice before as a couple and found that amazing but if we have the added bonus of luxury all around then this will be better.
The bar opening till 3am is a bonus over desire pearl so that also sits brilliantly with us
I’ve heard they all go to bed at midnight and you can’t play around the pool area there.
Really looking forward to it now |

We are at Temptation right now and have been to Desire RM many times. If you want to be naked and swing then go to Desire, if you want to dance around in lingerie then go to Temptations. |

Last night at Desire and it’s certainly met our expectations. The resort is spotless, staff very friendly and there for you all the time. Food very good and we can’t fault it.
The roof top jacuzzi lives up to its reputation .. 4pm is a good time for a first visit and again around midnight

If you give out 'Swinger vibes' at Temptations then other swingers will find you. However it's a 'take it back to the room' resort whereas Desire has open playing on the beds by the Jacuzzi, on the beach beds and in the playroom.
I think Tempations is probably the better choice for you as the age group is younger and there are single guys there. Temptations is also in better condition as it has beem refurbished and has more restaurants. We now prefer it to Desire and so we're going back in November. |

Have been to temptations and desire rm
We did desire rm first for 3 nights and temptations for 2
Wouldn't go back to temptations
Different zones in temptations so you don't get to access all facilities
Place is modern with lovely pools and relaxed vibe good night time shows and restaurants are just fabulous but not much play happening that we saw
Now desire is just the place for a erotic horny sexy holiday
Beds on the beach and waiter brings drinks towels food swim play on beach beds drinks repeat as desired all day then to roof top jacuazzi at 4 gets pretty hot up there plenty of play round the pool as well and party games and stuff during the day
Resturants are nice as well some you need to book a table
And think 1 closes each night so if it's 5 restuants you really only have 4 but overall it's a class place you can have a very quiet private holiday or a very adventurous one
Theme nights are good to but think the Americans have this down to a fine art compared to us Europeans
For us desire wins hands down
We booked direct trough resort web site you can book both desires and temptations trough it as all part of the 1 chain we got free nights this way I think booked our own flights and transfer so worked out great can't remember cost but was good value
We went in April mid term break last year
Much nicer resort than hedo but there is no place like hedo for fun
