Arousal's party booked, hotel booked...
Bring on the fun...  "
I just wish others were as organised as you
Last month we closed the guest list the day before the party as we reached venue capacity
There were 23 disappointed people on the reserve list - who never made it to the party as we just couldnt squeeze them in
This party looks like a repeat! So expect a FULL HOUSE and smile smugly as YOU have secured your place nice and early!!  |

As always, it's looking like it's gonna be a sell out for this event. So if you want to come, make sure you all get your names on the guestlist as soon as possible.. You can do so via our website or PM me if you're unsure how to do it..
Also, we regularly hold a reserve list when all the places on the guestlist are gone. So if your plans change then PLEASE keep us informed, so we can let someone else join in the fun instead!

Hmm North v South really??? Hey I need no back up here. We got our hotel booked. Holiday Inn express too. Look forward to seeing you all there!! My first BMFC event and first time at the Club.
But not for Dagger though!!
Think you'd say well seasoned him .......

If anyone needs the cab number, just ask or contact Arousal's...
Some of the local cab firms have boycotted Arousal's but I have the number of the company that will happily drop off/ collect from there...
We am nothing to do with Arousal's, BMFC or the cab company, just happy customers...

Some of the local cab firms have boycotted Arousal's but I have the number of the company that will happily drop off/ collect from there...

If you click on the venues tab on the main menu, each venue has an individual page (e.g. Arousal). We have LOADS of info on there including pics etc. The Travel & Accommodation section (taxi, hotel, train stations, motorway links, airport info etc) is at the bottom just before the google map
Will be great to see you NYE too!! Eeeek the list for that is building up - think that needs to be a separate forum post though |

No you're clicking the LOCATION tab under EVENTS. That just gives the venue name and locations.
Click on BMFC VENUES tab, we have all 9 of our venues on there with LOADS of info. It works on my phone which is an iPhone and Helen's which is a Samsung but could you please double check that it works on yours - or we may have a problem  |

Then clicked on Arousal's, I get the address, "map unavailable " and the 2 party dates...
I am using a Samsung galaxy S7.
Just checked other pages and they are the same, basic address and events, no map or any other info...

If you drop down the tab instead of clicking on it you will see all the venue pages
Maybe we need to look into that and see if we can make it a bit easier for people - sorry!

These days venues contact us - we then look at the demographics of the geographical location to see if it would be feasible to arrange a BMFC party
It's a known fact that couples and single ladies are prepared to travel a fair distance for a party full of polite respectful Black Guys but we also need to look at the ethnic breakdown of the area ...
So we have to ensure that we don't set ourselves up to fail by securing a venue that won't be popular with our members
There's unfortunately a lot more to it than most people think .. |

We are now VERY close to venue capacity
Looking at the names in front of me, I estimate that ALL places will be allocated by THURSDAY MIDNIGHT
Once we reach capacity then the guest list will be CLOSED
We will open a RESERVE LIST for anyone booking in (single guys, couples OR single ladies) AFTER the guest list has closed
So, if you havent yet secured YOUR place - you need to do it NOW via the BMFC website to avoid disappointment

Due to do LOTS of tours tonight as theres SO MANY first time visitors to the venue
Frisky volunteers to show all the tall hunky guys round...
Just don't say I said so... "
Stand near the bar as thats where my tours finishe - that way she can flutter her eye lashes at them and take them under her wing |

It was a BRILLIANT party - a HUGE thanks to everyone that came out to join us
