Chams as perfect as it is , we'd love some quirks;

Round room full darkness for an hour?. I know it's very dimly lit but virtual darkness would be horny.

Swing rooms lockable between 12-1?. (some ladies avoid as too much of a crowd but a few would be fun)

Top room opposite be locakable?.

Thoughts / negatives?
