We ve been a cpl of times on a fri daytime and a sat day time even arranged to meet cpls there its bedn closed snd the web site said it was open people travel great distances to go there to find it closed in the day time irs not fair is it |

Not looking good some friends of mine came down from scotland a few weeks ago and they said it was all closed up even on a saturday evening I herd it is only open every second saturday as the owner cannot get staff while he is ill and it is up for sale acording to people i meet in other clubs if people go and it is closed they wont go back even as it says on there website that it is open on a friday and saturday |

Me to have had a lot of meets with other tgirls and men since I last went to connections thanks chris.
I donot no what is happening at connections i have been told by tgirls men and couples that i have met that the owner cannot get staff the club is closed only open on a saturday night but people have gone on friday and saturdays and the club is closed i was also told the owner is very ill |

Im not knocking the club but the reason people arent going is becsuse people have been snd its been closed after its been advertised as being open no wonder attendences have dropped its ashame its a lovely club was well decorated and is nice but sadly no one goes there admin needsto get there act together |

we find Infusion to be a good club, we were looking forward to trying Connections but unfortunately looks like we cant now, we'll keep going to Infusion  |

It is a shame about connections but since i started going back to inusions which is a great club i have noticed that i am meet or seeing people that use to go to connections |

Maybe best to leave it to those who own the club to put their side of the story across. Rumours and 'I heard this' mentality does nobody any favours. Happens too often on here and unless you know the whole story it's just heresay and gossip. |

Yes I agree to many people slaging the club off and to many rumers I donot go to the club anymore as i go to infusions when i am free but i thing the only way to stop rumers is if the owner could let people no way the club is closed when advertised as open on a friday and saturdays |

Surely if you are travelling such a big distance it's wise to ring ahead to check. Especially seeing as you went 4 times. |

No ones goes any more not the same since d and s left they new how to run a club chris the owner has not got a clue and no one likes him the best thing is for it to close down |

It needed to be similarly priced and run like the old one, everybody knew how much we loved the old place, we feel like the licence was a mistake, despite drinks being well priced it meant membership and id requirements killed it from the start |

Agreed. Certainly until it had a thriving custom base again, the membership and entrance fees made it an expensive night. Especially if you got in and the place was empty. |

I think you are right. It needs to start again, with an everyone welcome stance as it used to do. I fear that the damage to the club is done.
Comming back from this could be difficult.
But i hope they can do it. |

D and s and little davey new how to run a club they were the best the owner got rid of them never the same since im afraid you needsomeone with experince into run a club that was sadly lacking after d and s sorry to say |

Sorry to be negative but disagree, the club was not so special because of the people that ran it, but it was special because of the brilliant mix of people that went. The chilled out, relaxed atmosphere, that made everyone feel comfortable.
We have not been to the new club but we are sorry this has not been a success for the owner as one heck of a lot of money and work was done to get it up and running.
Hope things turn around for the club and for the owner (who I can honestly say as always treated us with the upmost respect, and made us feel welcome from the first time we attended the club, well before others managed it). |

I do For get my dates lol forgot The old club !!!!
2011 Ended up after a few years of gay bi place then its diversity (swinging) club anything goes was was the catch phrase ( who cares) but it went in the maistream of being recognised that's why it was unique..
The clientele made it for sure its all about he people...
And the staff too all created a good place for all... |

I am sorry to here that the club has closed down or is havng difficultys.
I agree that the id and membership was a bad idea.
Infusions does well without a bar people go to the off licence near by and are allowed to take there own drinks in which connections could of done as there was a Tesco express round the corner from the club which i think was open until 11.00pm.
The other thing was the staff were only part time and usually just sat in the back just talking to each other instead of comunicating with members and who ever did the club website did not give it a chance if it was quiet they kept changing the website after a few weeks so people were confused especally with the opening times the website said it was open but when they got there it was closed if people travelled a long way phoned the club and no one answered the phone people would just go somewhere elae and it seemed like the owner critisised members and tgirls.
Tgirl day use to be on Wednesdays and Fridays for tgirls and admirors only. no women were allowed in i no a lot of females that like tgirls but were not allowed in the club tgirls and admirors were only allowed in the club from 11.00am to 7.00pm it may not of done well as some tgirls and admirors probly worked during the day and tgirls were not allowed in the club at night.
Unforfunatly I can not see this club opening in the forseme future as I have been told that there will be a swingers club opening in Preston sometime in 2018 which will be handy for people traveling from all over the country as it is near the motorway train station. |

the I’d fiasco was a massive mistake and the writing was on the wall from day 1 . Killed it. I used to go to the old club , infusion and no3 and have NEVER been asked for ID nor would I produce it if asked along with most other “single “ blokes. Doomed to failure as turned away paying visitors so no profit in it |

Even had Id been shown, there was still no need to charge the prices they did. However I don't know how it can be ok to go in one night as a non member but then require it the next. Surely the law is the same any time. |

It depends how clubs follow the law. Technically all members to a club require I’d and in effect own a share of the club. It’s the greatness of the law and how it’s administered or policed. ..... bit like knowing your not allowed to drive over 70mph but also knowing there’s no police working today. |
