Just noticed that on a Friday both of these clubs, in almost neighbouring towns (Derby and Leicester) have similar events on a Friday daytime ("Trannie Admirers Day" and "T. Girl Friday"). I realise they're competitors not a cartel, but it seems an unfortunate coincidence, giving some people too much choice and others less choice on a Friday. |

The attic has been Mondays and Fridays for quite a few years now. Not sure about the other as never heard of it.
It is a shame when things clash at neighbouring clubs |

They are very different clubs so it isn't really an issue.
Club 29 is a spa and pretty small whereas the attic is more of a nightclub feel and is huge.
Many people who go to clubs prefer one type over the other and will choose which club based on what kind of experience/atmosphere suits them. |

We have been to Club 29 on many fridays during the afternoon and it's usually mostly single guys anyway.
Also everyone is welcome there anytime regardless of what day or event it is  |
