Yes, try club paradiso, highly recommended,, couples only Friday and Saturday nights.
They is other clubs but their reviews are mixed to say the least.

Hi, yes we went to the club Paradiso last year, a great well run club, they also open every other Wednesday from eleven in the morning untill Six in the evening, this is when we went.
A ten minute taxi ride from town.

We are back in Prague on the 8th and it coincides with Paradiso being open so no prizes for guessing out plans  |
