If Helen doesn't show you around herself, there are normally people there to show you the club.
If you are stuck, we will do it...
There are plenty of play areas, public and private, it's a bit like a maze on your first visit but it's interesting to wander round.
The people are friendly, so don't hesitate to ask if you are not sure about something...
We are not linked to the club or BMFC parties in any way...
We just enjoy a well run party in a great venue...

We always make sure that newbies are given a tour of the venue to ensure that they are fully aware of all the nooks and crannies that this wonderful club has hidden away!!
As you've already found out though, BMFC members are probably the friendliest that you will ever meet
They LOVE meeting new people and will welcome you with open .... arms 
We also have our BMFC crew on hand all evening who will be available if you have any questions or feel a bit anxious
We're there from the minute the doors open until the last person leaves - and will often be seen wandering around chatting with guests throughout the night |

Sorry guys. We ducked out early last night but that club isn’t for us. Felt really uncomfortable due the clostrophobic feel of the place.

Yes. We went to the last one. I had a great time.
We are not slating Arousals or anything sinister, everyone was really friendly and helpful. It’s just clostrophobic to me, it appears bigger and more spacious on the website. |

Awww no, that's a real shame that you didn't like the venue. It does get very busy though and almost reach capacity every month coz so many people DO love it.
Not to worry though, if it WAS for everyone, we couldn't get all of our 17,000 members in there at once haha!
