Hi
I'm meeting a "friend" on Friday 15th Sept. And will be going as a MF couple
We both have clubs we go to so are not going to be shocked.
We are travelling so will be staying over. So hotel recommendations are also much appreciated.
The question is.
Chamelions is _tasia.

I always preferred Chameleons to Xtasia when I went as part of a couple,but that was a while ago now.Not slating Xtasia,it was a great club,just found there was usually more going on at Chameleons.Both clubs have Premier Inns close by  |

depends on the type of evening you want. Both are great clubs in their own right and offer different evenings. We love both and it depends on our mood as to which one we go to on a particular night. x |

Both are awesome...
for us ... Xtasia is more social as they have limited room space... nice to see n be seen
Chams is dress down and more game-on

No contest for us. If you are on this site because you are interested in swinging there is only one choice, Chams. We are regulars at Chams and have been to Xtasia which we felt was a tired, slightly grubby second rate night club with the attractiveness of a damp cardboard box.
But as they say other opinions are available, perhaps its an age thing. Our creaky old limbs do limit us strutting our stuff on any dance floor these days. |

Oh...
I can vouch for Chams because I have been there and I do recommend it. It is one of the best clubs in UK. I have also heard some people don't rate it so like the poster above said there are other opinions available. As for me I would like to mingle in Xtasia sometime prehaps do a couple of cartwheels you know the usual stuff (friends  )
Here is my advice for anyone reading this:
Do your own research. Check the club reviews/websites. Most importantly don't pre judge if you never been yourself. Try once and if it is not for you then atleast you know you're not missing out.
Please remember:
When you attend clubs/socials you are not pressured to do anything. You can simply go just to get the feel of venues and interact with likeminded people in a safe environment.
So all you newbies out there... yes you including the lurkers get out there and explore.

I'm going to assume the question is Chams OR Xtasia
All depends on what type of night you want.
Reiterating on the above comments.
If you want a high st night club look and feel. Like people all dressed up looking sexy and the build up with great music & naughty fun along the way, then you can't go far wrong with Xtasia. The Prem Inn is a stones throw away or a short taxi to Park Inn (phone the hotel directly and quote Xtasia for a preferred rate).
The benefit of Xtasia is that you are a short walk from the town centre, so plenty of places to make a day of it and enjoy grabbing a bite to eat. (Or the park inn has a gym and pool).
Chams is also a good place, but it's dress down into a towel. A good social vibe and makes sense in you like wet areas (jacuzzi, sauna). They have onsite accommodation but it gets booked up quite quickly. You are limited with things to do outside the club.
So it's down to what you want from a night. You are in a great area with two great clubs.
Just have a think about what you want from the club (dress up or towel down) and equally outside of the club.
Have a great night with whatever you choose. |
