I've never done it, but seen people putting beer and wine behind the bar and getting it on request from a fridge. They also seem to pour into a plastic glass too, and I know that they don't allow spirits. |

They keep it behind the bar and they do refrigerate it for you and to be honest their pretty good as they don't mind you wandering about with a beer or wine in your hand if you want to.
They just like to keep an eye on what alcohol comes into the place and it seems to work very well. |
