Is this the one near Heathrow? If so went there earlier in the year. Was a bit quiet but enjoyed the dark room and watching others.

Just got to Kestrels and the enormous "NO TRESPASS" fence is firmly in place with lots of very legal no trespass letters all along the fence. Does anyone know the latest on the club's status. At the moment is looks to have been closed down. Hope I'm wrong!!

Also, don't be put off by the temporary fence and gate, they are open as normal. Just drive up to the gate where someone will meet you if the gate is not open.

I just recived the email about Kestrals not doing Day passes any more but combining with AbFabs £10 membership.

Just for some clarification does that mean that if I've already for a AbFabs membership card do I need another one for kestrals?

Hi just to clarify there are no daypasses in use now. It is £10 each to join Kestrels and you will need to bring your card every visit or unfortunately pay £10 for a new card. Strict two forms of id needed please. As always you can use a Kestrel membership card on Mon, Tues, Weds evenings too. Chill out Tuesday today/night - sun out - do come x

I was told Monday evening that membership was lifetime but website still says six months. Mine's well past that but still accepted. They should probably get that updated, cos it will put occasional visitors off.

Don't suppose there's any chance they'll do anything for the guys who bought the full price membership before they cut it down to a tenner? Chuck us a free visit or two?

Sorry to be the voice of doom, but don't private members clubs have to get planning permission before building shit just like everyone else? And if it was that simple, why didn't they do it at the start of the appeal process 3 years ago, instead of blowing a five figure sum on barristers going to court? May just be clutching at straws folks.

Wednesday weather is not looking too good so I hope the pool is covered tomorrow. Going to enjoy the company of an incredible woman. I'm looking forward to catching up with all my friends and to making some waves in the pool. It's going to be fun and naughty. Comeand say hi and I'll see you in the pool. Xx

Went to Abfabs with some girl friends Friday night. Been going to Kestrels for 6 years. Guy on reception was so rude and had this been my first experience of the place I doubt I would have returned.
