I've had sex in both states and would have no problem giving consent.

You have to weigh up situation if it doesn't feel right don't do it.

My advice would be to ensure someone else is present who can vouch for the fact that she was compis mentus and not completely legless. Preferably two people in fact, to ensure that the only reliable witness isn;t just one of her friends.
