First time at a club

Hiya. We're a mid 30s husband and wife, trying out new things, although we've never done anything else with another person(s) before. We've never been to a swingers club before but we have booked a hotel up in London and was looking at going to Le Boudoir on a Friday night. We're a bit anxious and although we've read reviews etc, we don't know what to expect. We're both comfortable about having sex in front of others but Wife isn't keen on single guys touching her without permission and was worried that this might happen. Does this happen?

Also, how does a typical night play out? When do you get naked?

Would people recommend Le Boudoir for first timers? We ought to go to BGHS in Brighton, should we try this first?

Thanks

shits creek

I've not been to those clubs so can't help.

My advice would be to contact the club you're going to, find out dress code etc, make sure it's something you're comfortable with.

Don't put pressure on yourselves to play with others. See the first time as a taster, no pressure, try to relax as much as you can and maybe head to a room by yourselves. Most have couple's rooms with doors you can lock, you may find that more settling.

Obviously if things go quicker for you and you are happy to get involved with others and are invited to, then happy days.

I guess what I'm saying, is do what relaxes you, and enjoy

Have a great time

we would absolutely recommend Le Boudoir as a first time. Its a really classy, chilled and laid back place, we found people very friendly and welcoming. Boundaries were absolutely respected. The seperation between social and play areas is really helpful if you're nervous because its not too 'in your face' and can take things entirely at your own pace.

go for it!

Thanks, thats put us at ease a bit.

Any suggestions on when to get there? As good as we think we are, we're not sure we can keep it going for 4 hours!

Maybe try a soft swing at home or somewhere u guys are both comfortable before adventuring further out of your comfort zone... remember if you both don't agree n enjoy... it won't be as good as you guys want it to be... remember... you are doing it for each other together to be happy xx

we arrived at about 9pm which gave us time to socialise before things moved to the playrooms and we left when we were ready.

have a look at their vevents and perhaps try one of those, it can sometimes be easier to break the ice if something is going on. Also have a look in meets and events to see if anyone ekse is going on the particular night you've chosen and get chatting on a thread or drop people a message...you can always start one of your own when you know when you're going so you'll have some people you're a little more familiar with before you arrive. Thats what we did and we had a really lovely time

message the club owners to let them know its your first time too, theyre really helpful

Thanks all. We're going on the 4th August. Hopefully we'll both enjoy it and won't be our first and last time
