"Hi xx Website states that Photo ID is required, say if you don't drive and have no passport how do you join? "There is usually a way around this. We have the same requirement. The photo ID is to confirm your name against a picture. So often people will have a work ID, or costco card or travel pass etc...that can be used instead along with a utility bill to confirm your address. You're best asking them directly rather than put it on a forum as everybody else will just speculate and that isn't helpful to anyone. Just ask them direct and get a straight answer
