Club ratio, men to women

For me the more the better, I would like at least 2 to 1, or even more as it gives more choice, but I am a single woman and couples would probably disagree. |

Don't you think 2 to 1 just looks too intimidating when the crowd is quite large? |

If you're asking with a view to balancing numbers on a club night you're organising, bear in mind you need to over-estimate the numbers a bit due to no-shows. Experienced club owners will no doubt offer far better advice than this...but any vanilla party I've organised I've always reckoned on at least a third (of either or both sexes) not turning up and "over-invited" accordingly. |

Also, try to consider the quality over quantity. What would 1 smart, well behaved guy that YOU personally know be worth in comparison to X random guys? |

However that's more choice for us single ladies  so I won't complain  "
That works out as a single guy for every couple that enters.. that could be alot of singles and a large herd in one spot. |

The problem is your assuming that couples or single women will hook up with a guy. There is always the couple who only play with other couples etc.
I would say that 60% of all those attending should be a mix of couples and women. The rest being single fellas.

Which nights are those Mister Mischief? Interested as I want to try Manchester clubs later in the year. I tried to PM you but am outside your age range (even though I could easily pass for 45)! |

That's why I said perfect ratio would be 2-1 it doesn't happen like that very often in clubs,majority of the time it is 3-1 or more (not always more)
I had two years experience organising parties(interracial then bbw),couples would always be counted in as a lady and a man when it came to ratio's,I never saw a herd of singlemen
