Went to Kestrels last Sunday for the first time with a friend and we had a lovely time. Found the atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. If your were amongst those we met in the hot tub when we were told there were too many of us in there, ops! Say hi |

Does anyone know if Kestrels opening hours will be any different this coming Sunday, given it will be over a BH weekend? I took a look at their website but couldn't see anything there about any special BH opening hours.
I only started going mid-August last year, but I seem to recall they were open later than 8pm on the Aug BH Sunday? Might not have remembered that correctly though. |

"Got on the bathroom scales last night - definitely can't show my face (or anything else) at Kestrels for a couple of months
Everyone is accepted for who they are. Like manhunter I'd never know if I was coming or going if I based my attendance on my fluctuating weight up and down (of late more up than down sadly)
same here it's been a long winter with stodgy food.....
Stress unhappiness and not great health for me

Yeah, it's not been a good winter here, either. When I'm unhappy, I eat, so I put on weight and then I feel even uglier than normal. |
