Apologies for another newbie question but I will be grabbing a cab from Heathrow T5, if I state my destination as Kestrel spa do the taxi drivers tend to know where that is or do I need to have the full address on me?

Not sure if this is still the case but if you get a black cab from T5 they charge you a minimum fare of £35 no matter how short the journey is. You're better off walking from T5, getting a bus (441 towards Englefield Green) or getting off at Hounslow West and getting a minicab from the office there.

Depending where you're coming from another option is train from Waterloo to Staines and then about £12 cab from thr station or again the 441 bus
