Ok folks, with Entice cancelling, we are going to be busy! Please be in before 10.30pm if possible and newbies...don't forget your ID.
The Townhouse Bat Phone has gone nuts, so we may need more staff!! Lol

It certainly is! So many stranded, angry people
I shit you not, our phone hasn't stopped with people trying to make alternative plans. I've even been trying to help people transfer their Travelodge rooms to our local one so they don't lose their money.
I personally would have still had a social at Entice and let everybody in for free, just so people are not stranded and they can still see the club. 'If' they have a licensed bar, it seems funny that people are being directed elsewhere to another licensed bar for a social. I would have taken advantage of the bar sales and shown people all of the hard work that has been put into the place and sorted memberships out etc...
For those who have hotels booked and can't get refunds/transfers, go to No 3. That is your nearest club and they will welcome you warmly. For those who can transfer rooms, you have us and Amour that have central hotels on our doorstep. Don't forget Decadence which isn't a million miles away from Preston and Mandy over there will be more than happy to welcome you in.
Good luck to all those travelling guests who have invested money into rooms and babysitters. Try and make the most of your night and consider all of the other clubs. We will help you where we can

There's an update about the entice saga in today's Lancashire evening post ... Apparently due to govt cutbacks and the tories slashing the policing budget " the licensing dept " are doing contract upholstery on the side great idea they send " Gok Won " around to your club to check you comply with the law and bring along a swatch book to chose your seating fabric at the same time. ....  . Hope everyone gets sorted tonight. |
