TL;DR: Not bad for first night but still some work to do.
If it's not obvious, I'm a straight single guy. This is important as I know my outlook on the lifestyle is going to differ to others but the main aim here is to start a discussion where EVERYONE can contribute in a constructive way.
I purchased my ticket online that morning and The confirmation was finalised around 5 minutes before they opened! The credit card statement uses a discreet label and the process is handled smoothly via Paypal. You do NOT need an account, this is just to process the transaction. I deliberately went without bringing the confirmation email as a test to see how "joined up" their systems are!
Parking is...interesting. There's tons of space if you don't mind parking on double yellow lines. Apparently, because of the opening times and area, it's possible that there's zero chance of a visit from parking enforcement. I still think it represents a risk from grassing do gooders but maybe I'm just being overly pessimistic? If you want to park 100% legally, you'll need to get there well before opening.
I had a nice warm welcome! They already had my entry details and recognised that I booked online. I was offered a free bottle of beer! I guess this is a one time thing. I'm not too keen on mixing alcohol and swinging but I had one anyway just to be sociable. I was given a tour with another couple which was ok. Although this was the first night, there was a lot of things already in place. I'm guessing due to the fact that this was an already established business (massage parlour) it didn't take much transformation.
Some of the standard rooms were there. Lockable and open, a room with a glass door, a dungeon nothing groundbreaking although they are open to suggestions. No jacuzzi but there was a smaalish bathroom with a large bath! lol No showers at the moment although that could change by the next opening. There was also a kind of kitchen area with a buffet and two smoking areas which are currently uncovered. I'm sure they will be once the British summer kicks in! They have a nice pool table though. Also no lockers...YET!
Now my personal thoughts. Before going I was a bit worried about the fact that this place is normally a massage parlour and how would they make the separation. I personally made a few lovely new genuine swinging friends but I do feel like the place is marketed more as a place to have sex as opposed to a place to socialise. They follow the industry standard of charging single guys the most, then couples, then single females. In this case the ladies get in free. There were some nice looking ladies who didn't hide the fact that they worked there but I didn't press them on their exact role. I'm assuming some sort of hostess or meet and greeter. There was at least one guy there who was asking about swinging etiquette as he was a regular customer there but was unaware of what swinging is about.
I was concerned at the lack of condoms and showers but I think the owners mean well and I do believe that more amenities will be added as the weeks go on. I just feel that if the place was run by experienced swingers as opposed to business people, some of the things that are missing would have been put in as a priority.
In conclusion, I think this place just needs more time for everyone to get used to this new community. I am personally looking forward to having a club on my doorstep and meeting like minded locals. The only advice I would give to the owners is try not to just sell this as a place to have sex and think of it more like a social club where people are just super friendly!

Fair review bud, we found the social side wasn't actually too bad compared to some places.. pool table, few sofas and many people were chatting and mixing.. example have been to other clubs where it was lots tiny tables and chairs, like a bar and nobody mixed at all.
Place could be great if they take on suggestions and having a club close would be lovely |

Glad you think it's fair. I just feel that this place has a unique opportunity to do something different rather than just follow the industry standards. They just need to get a bit more into the mind of the swinger rather than just catering for guys. |

Indeed though they seemed quite eager to learn and it was nice to see beds and bedrooms, not just a box room with a matress.
Either way we are returning, wiggles wasn't cold for once and she wants to try the crazy pool rules. She is actually worse than me at pool so expecting a lot of forfeits |
