Does anyone know who the guy was in the Bondage room in Chams around 8ish (total guess with time) he was in green camouflage army trousers and black t-shirt. He had a bullet music system and was using floggers and a taser?

Well probably not a police taser but sounded similar but smaller. Like a shock device. That didn't interest me lol but the floggers did"

Unfortunately he won't be seeing any new people. I do however have a new FB who will be coming and I will see what he can do lol
