You have Vanilla Alternative and Jaydees near the Black Cat roundabout on the A1.

There is Pink Punters which is a LGBT bar (not swingers) in Bletchley which is a great night out.

Like above has said VA and Jaydees near Bedford and arousals in Dunstable Ww have only used jaydees so not sure what other two like and how many single guys they let in

VA only allow single guys on Friday evening and you need to pre register with them as they do limit the amount of guys.

If your looking at midweek then you are looking at Chams in Darleston, Xtasia at West Bromwich or a trip to London as your closest clubs which are open.

However, I do think Chams has a waiting list for single men (you'd need to check and apply for membership), not sure about Xtasia but you do have to apply online for membership. Don't know the membership rules of the clubs in London.
