Maybe the council won't allow them. No clubs in Liverpool either and that city is certainly not full of prudes.

Or they aren't financially viable, high property prices, small population, not the greatest road network....who knows.

There was one but it closed because they spent a huge amount of time and energy and expense on cleaning the carpets due to pasty crumbs being dropped.

If you read local licence laws you understand they will not allow it they blocked any chances in Plymouth they have a very limited area and say no new licence will be issued they even have in there local policy that Fetish clubs can't happen as they say it f there any restraints used in place classed as a sex act.and can't show nipples

Swingers quay is in torquay in devon I think, there is the manticore spa in plymouth strange if they allow that and not a swingers club seems more than a little odd

Plymouth did have a club a few years ago and there was indeed one on the North Devon-Cornwall border but both have closed for reasons unknown to me.

Manticore is a male sauna. I wonder if that makes a difference. It's a shame there aren't any here.
