Anyone else heading to V/A this weekend?

Go with. Very open mind expect to get ignored we been three times no one other than bar staff would reply to a hello how are you very clicky but just our opinion,good luck |

To give you a different perspective: You will not get ignored, VA is the friendliest club we've visited and have never had a bad night despite numerous visits.
It should be busy enough as there's a birthday party on.

Btw op best advice really is to be yourself and sit or stand near other people, we always try to stand near the bar and when you have the tour round let the lady know and each time she does a tour I'm sure she will introduce others to you both.....
We found that little intro really helpful in breaking the ice.....

We want to go there next Saturday but we never been in swing club before and never had a swing meet before, we are little bit shy. It is any problem if we're not British?  |

We're not British and have had zero problems going to any club
Next Saturday (17th) will be quite busy too as it's the Christmas Party |

Thank you very much for answering! In 17 dec weekend we want to celebrate my birthday and we already have some plans. But next weekend we want to go to VA. Do you know, do we need to speak with someone from VA before going there? I'm mentioning we already have a accepted account there. |

Seen many ppl there from many different countries, Italy Spain, Portugal, Poland, Lithuania Germany and holland to name but a few so don't think it will be a problem!
It's more about relaxing meeting ppl and having fun , whatever you decide is fun ...for you. |

We agree with this whole heartedly, we're just gutted we're not going to be there too. So we can welcome you with everyone else to the VA. We are there next on 21st January for D's birthday. Be great to meet some new sexy friends again  |

You do need photo Id the first time, even if you have registered on line.

We've been there twice, on Saturdays, no where else, yet. Fantastic place. Cool, friendly, relaxed. The bar is laid out so it's hard not to meet people, you're all pretty close, which is good. Play rooms and jacuzzi are great.
People taking mobile pics in the locker room really annoyed me, last sat. No apologies, very blas'e, with that backdrop of a grey locker! What's the point in that?! They were not getting anyone else in their pics, though. Pissed me off but it was still a great night. I must add I can't really blame the staff for that. |

No I didn't. It pissed me off much more that my gf, tbh. They were part of a big party, over 1/2 of the total guests. Maybe that gave them a, we can do what we like attitude? I wasn't gonna kick off and grass them up and give the whole place a bad vibe.
The staff should keep an eye on the under 30's near their lockers. It seems the generation after me can't function without mobiles!
