advice for the club noob

Research the clubs near you as some have different dress down rules..think about what night you'd go on and see wether the club would have the right setting..ie bbw night/greedy girls etc..depending on what you're after.
I recently had my first night at a club..a ladies only night because I felt it would be less intimidating. It was themed too and no pressure to dress down in certain areas.
Next goal is to attend with a friend on a mixed night.
Oh and go with no expectations of playing and anything that does happen is a bonus. |

This should be the first thing you see when joining Fab and walking into clubs. It's supposed to be fun, so go along with the intention of just getting to know people. |

I'd say just go and do it.
Ok, there will be other single guys there, but it sets you apart from the 20,000 who are on here just spamming messages out, and never meeting.
Sure it has its own set of challenges, but nice guys ar clubs are sucessful.

I went to my first club recently and I was lucky to have some wing women (a pair of wings?) It was fun, different and I enjoyed it for the novelty... but I am a wordsmith and not a man of "looks" so the noise of the club, coupled with my face (bag 'o' spanners) didn't seem conducive to an evening of debauchery...
I had lots of fun... so OP I would say, find someone to go with, manage expectations and enjoy the experience |

I'm just looking to enjoy myself and hopefully meet some of the people I chat to here on fab, my expectations are already comparatively low |

If you are near Birmingham and given your interest in kink just start going to some of the link events there. And some local munches so you know people a little beforehand.
And like with most things in life don't be a dick is the best advice you'll get |

Perhaps go to one of the socials or parties in a club rather than a straight club night first? You get to know people, get a sense of the place and get over any apprehension about what it's like.
I haven't been to Chams, but everyone I know who has rates it. I find Xtasia too big and sprawly but I have always found it friendly there.

Ideal! Look for the BBW event at Chameleons on Sunday 18th December and put your name down for that event. This will allow you to try out a club without having to take out membership. |

Go to a club and just be yourself , meet people and socialise, get yourself out there , when i talk to a couple i always introduce myself to the male side first out of respect then the lovely lady , swinging is about socialising too also because single guys like myself pay the most to get in dont be going with the attitude ive paid x amount i should get a shag because that kind of attitude will get you no where , as i said just be yourself and talk to ladies as if you were in a pub

Xstasia does a FFFF event occassionally. (Free fun of Fab - I'm missing a F there but you know what I mean) that would possibley a good no pressure place to start. |
