Hey all,
I'm attending Townhouse for the first time on Wednesday for an induction as a single guy. Really looking forward to attending a club again.
Could anyone give me any advice on what the dress code usually is pre 11pm?.I maybe coming straight from work so will be in a suit?
Cheers

Go smart casual... Basically dress to impress...a suit might be OTT but if you're comfortable with that, then do it.
Just be yourself, be friendly, mingle around, abide the club rules and have a great time.
That is all the advice I can give you bud. The owners of the club are a gem of individuals and you'll be welcomed so no need to feel "nervous".
Hope you have great time .

Hello. Smart/casual. No trainers, tracksuits or dirty work clothes. Dress down is from 10pm in the playrooms upstairs. You are more than welcome to stay dressed at the bar. We always advise single guys to chat to people and come with no expectations so you don't have a disappointing night. Hope this helps. See you Wednesday. X |

" If your relaxed and comfy in your suit then that's sound.
Take a change of clothing (smart casual) and get changed before you come if it's a decent suit as the lockers aren't massively tall or deep for your jacket.
You'll be fine so long as you avoid sportswear eg trainees, joggers and hoodie/sweatshirt won't get you in. Shoes, smart jeans or chinos and a shirt should be fine.
It's been warm in there the last few nights but it can cool down later on in the evening when you dress down if you haven't got any lagging like some of us but you should be fine.
Above all, relax, enjoy the night and chat to everyone and wear a smile.
Also pay attention to the rules that you are given (they are enforced and are there for a reason and makes Townhouse the brilliant place it is).
Maybe see you there Wednesday.

"Thank you very much for the advice! Do I need a deposit for a locker?"
There's a £10 deposit for your locker key, this is reformed at the end of the night or offset against your bar bill. |

Just dress like you would be if going out for a night out. Smart but casual.
I will be there on Wednesday night so you can always chat to me am a member so know what it's like to be the newbie.
Just relax and just take in the evening and be respectful to other people there. |
