Sat in the hot tub on my own for about 30 minutes before I plucked up the courage to talk to anyone" I know what you mean. Whenever I've gone to a club/spa on my own for the first time, I find it takes me a while to work up to talking to anyone. Really good when you do and spark up a good friendship though. | |||

So I tend to aim to get there around 11.30. I've noticed there can be two 'peak times' of people queuing to be signed in - when they open at 10.30 and around 12-1. So I usually try to arrive in between those times. Having said that, I tend to go more on Sundays though. Saturdays might be different. | |||

All I am saying is that from my experience there a number of couples and single women who see things differently to you which is why some single men do not bother to bring condoms."I know. But their previous experiences do have an affect on me by their turning up without one, and really they should prepare themselves for whatever situation crops up. Regardless or not using a condom because their playmate has got one. Especially if they don't use regular ones because they are allergic to latex or well endowed and expect a playmate to provide non regular condoms. Put it this way, if I was unable to use condoms and used female condoms only, is it fair to expect my playmate to provide? | |||

Given the kinds of activity that goes on, especially in the pool, I would assume that they do use chemicals, although I'm not sure what. At Rios, the chlorine used in the jacuzzi's is very obvious. So obvious in fact that I find it typically takes about two proper (at home) showers to remove the smell from my skin (sounds worse than it is ). They don't even officially allow any sexual activity in the jacuzzi's there, except on Sat evenings (couples night). I don't get that smell on my skin at Kestrels at all, so I'm not sure what they use there.

I've never seen congealed jizz floating around the pool at Kestrels/AbFab. The chlorine levels are too high for me though so I don't use it, although naked swimming is a delight.
"As much as I love naked swimming during the day, I absolutely LOVE it at night when the pool is lit. Of course my experience to date has been on mild/warm evenings, so I'll have to see how it goes as we head into winter. I guess the chlorine levels at Rios must have de-sensitised me over the 18 months or so I've been going there. I barely realised they use chlorine in the pool at Kestrels. It can sometimes sting my eyes a bit at Rios if I stay in too long. | |||
