Technically any club can't have a different entrance fee for a man compared to a woman it's discrimination but nobody challenges it yet.

Private members clubs can charge/do what they like and that's what swingers clubs are and that's why

Why are you going to challenge it?

As a previous poster has said it's a private members club and they set their own entrance fees.

If you do take them to court please keep us posted.

Private members clubs are exempt from the discrimination act. Been said a million times before

Legally its a private members club so they can charge what they want for who they want.
