Town north of Notts

We are considering maybe going to Libs this Saturday, 13th August, and wondered if it is rude/wrong to try and arrange to meet up with a member so we can benefit of being their guest and save on the membership fee etc. If we do like it and plan to go again we obviously wouldn't have an issue joining but this would be our first ever night in a club so are a little hesitant as well.

The only club we have ever even visited was the cinema at the attic this afternoon and we both did say we felt a little intimidated but obviously it was full of guys so we can both understand this.

Thoughts?

If you've got doubts to the degree you're thinking 'is it worth the money in case we don't like it' then it's probably not for you...

I would just go all the way & take the plunge. Have a little faith

Libs is nothing like the attic I'm told. The bar area is very relaxing and a lot better than many vanilla bars I've been to (I'm an alcoholic so it's a lot lol).

You don't need to be a guest of a member to go for a trial night and if you do like the club (I'm sure you will!), you'll get a discount on your next visit.

I've been to Liberty Elite once and can honestly say I'd never go again. The club itself was nice enough but for me it was the clientele that makes a club. Can honestly say that they were rude and unfriendly from the start.

Before people jump on me (yes regulars will) I have been to many many clubs all over England and I'm chatty and friendly when I go into clubs. My advice save your money and go elsewhere.

We are regulars (but I'm not going slate your opinion) our last night at Libs was the love party, which was a good turn out.. (Altho most couples were a lot older than ourselves)

I (J - female) have never experienced that at Libs at all... I have met some amazing people who I now class as friends from going Libs!

It's a shame that's how you felt xx

We went there twice about two years ago and had a really good time there. However, whilst on the first occasion people were very welcoming and friendly, we did find it rather cliquey the second time.

That said, it was some kind of Spice reunion night which may have contributed to that.

Overall, we would recommend the club; it was the first one we visited and opened our eyes (shameless name check) to the delights of swinging clubs.

Last week. No worries we have plenty of inclusive clubs in the North West which are more to my liking.

I used to love libs years ago, infact it's where I first started swinging 12 years ago. I had a break and went back 3 years ago on a Friday night and didn't like it at all. We expected there to be single guys but at that time they had closed the doors to men, we felt really judged with me being a BBW, which had never happened all those years before.

It's a shame really as its a stunning club, the equipment and rooms are top notch but found the clientele to be very much up there own arses if you were not body beautiful.

Town north of Notts

Hi all and thanks for the replies. We have actually been twice now and plan to go again on the 10th, last visit was the BBQ last Saturday.

We have spoken to some really friendly people and although the 1st time didn't venture into any of the rooms we did go in the wet room last visit and then a private room upstairs. Haven't involved anyone else yet but did get an offer of play but by then K was too tired and ready to leave.

You can tell there are a lot of regulars who obviously know each other but then I suspect that is at a lot of clubs anyway.

The venue is really clean and the staff have always been very friendly so can't complain.

Hi, All swingers

I have had and read mixed reviews on the club.

The most recent club feedback was on the 18 September I read. Pretty really shocking a shame people had travelled from far.

Can anyone tell me the best time / day to come as a single and couple.

Bad reviews and not always bad it helps the club improve and develop. Having said that Libs has far more good reviews than bad anyway so don't let a few bad experiences for some put you off Libs it's one of the better clubs in the UK

As for when to visit single guys can only visit on a Friday and prior to your first visit you will need to call the club for a telephone interview to make sure both you and the club are suitable for each other.

Couples can visit anytime the club is open.

I think the club website explains everything quite well if you need to know any of the finer details
