Chams Bi Mondays?
Jump to: Newest in thread
We are regulars on Monday nights which in theory is strictly a Bi-night. We have noticed recently that at reception many of the single guys when questioned are claiming to be Bi but as soon as they get inside the attitude changes and suddenly they are straight.
To prove our point we suggest you go there as a couple, go up into one of the top floor open fronted rooms or the Round Room and start a little action. We guarantee that within minutes you will have a audience of as many single guys who can cram into the space. They are not Bi-guys they are just perves and voyeurs.
The management is treating them as cash cows but to genuine Bi singles and couples they are for the most part a nuisance.
If Bi is not your thing you have six other days to go to Chams

I don't think that is a proper test for determining if someone is bi or not. After all its bi night not gay night. besides which, on "normal" swinging nights I don't think anyone would or should feel obligated to play with anyone just to prove they are into the opposite sex, so why should bi Monday be any different?
By the way that does not mean I am not sympathetic to your argument. I had fun with a couple of the ladies on Monday which was my first trip to the club. I perved for a while before playing with each lady and if any half decent looking guy had offered to give me a blow job while watching I would not have objected mmmm |

I went on mon 1st of aug and had the most brilliant time! Was the most bi night I've been to anywhere and came all the way from brighton and will definitely do so again! Dressed up or just a towel i had a lot of fun both chatting and playing with the other guests, the place is just amazing for a first time or even an experienced bi adventure in a safe ,hygienic, sexy, friendly and cool surrounding!! x God i had a great time! |

Sorry if you misunderstood us but our beef is with the guys who make a point of telling anyone, with the exception of the Reception Staff, who is prepared to listen that they are straight. We don't go just to be on the look out for Bi-guys. We are not sexual predators.
There seems to be a view amongst certain guys that it is perfectly acceptable to "gate crash" Bi night when they are openly and very defensibly straight. They would not attempt or be allowed by the management to "gate crash" Saturday Couples only night.
The only point we are trying to make is the straight guys have five hetero nights and seven hetero days available to them. We don't want a trail of single guys (or single straight girls for that matter) following us round all night in the hope that G might be desperate enough to invite them to join us. |

This is exactly right and the very reason I won't be going to Chams again after my last visit. |

Surely the point of a bi night is that it is NOT a gay night or straight night, but that it is a night where people are just more tolerant and liberal minded? You are going to get guys following on any night, in any place because that is just the way so many of them act. |

"We love bi Mondays but we also know that a lot of the single guys only say bi to get in, and are quite clearly not really after cock!"
If they were after cock, they would go to a gay club surely. There is no such thing as a "bi test" and so there shouldn't be. Bi events are just more open, liberal and tolerant. |

OK, that's a fair point
And also I think that you either have to be bi or bi friendly.

Being able to see things objectively is a great skill and a show of real integrity....My female friend left this site due to people telling her she cant be bi as she wouldn't meet men alone ! I think some people forget about the basic tenets of 'swinging' mutual fun all round without judgemental views? PS love your pics ?????? |

Well I am a Bi sexual predator always on the look out for a real "both bi couple" or guy to play with or fulfil my sexual fantasies with.
Last time I was at Cams I too noticed the "reduction in bi guys" compared to my previous visits.
But i've also noticed this effect at other clubs, bi events, as well.
I'm beginning to think its becoming an epidemic with certain types. |

No need to retract the comments I want to attend bi nights because it is the only night guys can openly play whether we acknowledge it or not the stigma around guy on guy is still very real and by attending a bi night I don't want the fakers ruining an atmosphere and environment I specifically go for. I don't attend any club nights other than bi because of, what I call the pied piper of hamelin effect, when girls have a trail of guys behind them like taking rats to the river... bi nights should be exactly that with no compromise |

You're absolutely right, we love the openness of bi night where it's OK for anyone to play with anyone else.

Sounds like you should go to a gay club. Just because single guys follow couples around it does not mean they are "fakers" |

"Id love to attend a bi monday. Whats the ratios like usually?"
We have been about three or four nights when there were special events on and it was all very mixed. Couples, single guys and single women.
Best time we ever had was last August bank holiday Monday (2015). I imagine that it will be equally good this year (next Monday). Certainly hope so |

Missing the point... let's just say the way Chams is right now on its bi nights I won't be going... and yes you will all say that's good as I wouldn't be welcome. I just find the atmosphere and the people not what it used to be |

How is going to a gay club going to be the thing for a bi man who is looking for women as well as men? The problems with Mondays at Chams, although we've not been for about a year, is that some straight guys get in. They have no intention of playing with any guy whatsoever, they are not bi and have 6 other days when they can visit the club as a straight guy. They alter the atmosphere in open play rooms for the worse.
Choice is everything and guys should be able to choose who they play with but there are guys in there when we've been that will never play with any guy because they aren't bi. This is what people are complaining about. |

It's a shame you won't be there stardust cowboy. I will be.
Chams bi Mondays are the best in the country. Attracts people from everywhere because they are in a safe, clean, laid back environment.
Some more bi guys maybe in attendance as it's a bank holiday.
But as anyone who goes to swingers clubs knows nothing is guaranteed. It's all hit and miss. You only go again because you remember the fun times that you have had. |

Perhaps the single men should be required to give a BJ as part of the entry requirements on a Monday?? |

I am really interested to know how you know that there were a large number of straight guys? I just don't understand how or why straight guys would go to a bi night and once there, how do they advertise how straight they are? |

Simply by the fact that the minute a couple went somewhere they had at least 8 singles close behind who only tried to play with the fem half there was no play attempted or otherwise with any other males in the room. |

If these 'straight' guys are bi friendly and are perfectly happy with bi guys playing in public areas or guys approaching them how does their presence in the club alter anyone else's enjoyment? |

Believe me after 5 mins he was sucking me and wanking me too much to the delight of Gail so rest assured I can bet that most of the guys will be bi have fun xxx |

I suspect many are like that as well, curious if not fully bi but they're there on a Monday for a reason
It may take them quite a few visits on a Monday to play for the first time but should they not be allowed to go if they won't play the first time? |

No one disagrees but this is not what is being said. The argument is that guys are following couples around therefore they must be straight. Personally I absolutely cannot imagine bi play being frowned upon on a bi night! |

Tricky subject. I actually wrote most of an essay. Then deleted it. This is the abridged version. :
Bi guys - Chams is a great bi night. But it's such a huge club and open every day. Mostly all day, so it will always have straight guys in it. Same for AbFab/Kestrels. My favourite bi night is VA. It is genuinely Bi. Lots of play. Nothing uncomfortable.
Enjoy everyone. Open eyes and Acceptance that we're all different makes life much more interesting. |
