Hi, not sure is this has been discussed before but I know that some clubs provide coloured bands to help others identify your preferences to ease the meeting process.
Would it be a good idea for everyone on this site who visits a club to wear bands to let others see their preferences and make it easier to approach them.
All that would need to happen is agreement by the admin on colours mean what. They do not have to be massive bands more like small friend bracelets.
I.E.
No Single Males Please - Red
Interested in Single Men - Yellow
Interested in Couples - Blue
I am Bi / Bi-Curious - Green
Into S&M - Purple
Please Leave Us Alone - Orange
Bring it on - White
Etc. etc.
So for as a couple one of us would wear Red, Blue and Green
Guess Glow in the dark would be an option too 
I know that colour blindness may be an issue here - but it is a start |

Completely agree - but for the newbies like us it is a bit daunting sometimes and small indicators would help. |

I think its a dreadful idea, as i have said on other threads suggesting this.
It seemed that most people didnt like it.
We wouldnt wear them and if the club we go to enforces it then we would simply stop going.
Far better to chat to people |

We were all newbies once and getting to know what people are looking for is a skillset you develop.
Questions which you never dreamed of asking become the norm and you do get creative in how to gently turn people down or sometimes you need to be blunt.
You'll be fine. |

Not sure I would want to wear a band in a club. People would have to remember what they meant for starters and all clubs would probably need to keep the same colours for the different meanings or it could get confusing |

Yes it has been discussed before, as with everything lots for and against.
Me, there is no way I would ever wear a band showing any preferences, I don't go to clubs with any mindset as to the sex or type of person I want to play with, I prefer to see who is there and chat to people and see whether we match up personally rather than a forced conversation based upon a coloured band.

What if:
We were interested in men, and couples then she's Bi and we like a bit of spanking.
We'd have: yellow, blue, green and purple.
But then later in the night we don't want any more single men, we'd have to swap bands.
Think we'll stick with chatting to people |

I think it's a good idea in some clubs where it's more like a vanilla club (people not knowing who to talk to or just dancing away) as you might not know who to talk to. It's a known fact that not everyone has retentive memories so there'll be stickers at strategic points saying what each colour means. Some will agree some won't, but I don't mind either way. |

You know those profiles you come across which have a profile pic but no details, no interests listed, but in the text it says "Just ask!" and you wish they'd just listed what they're after so you can figure out whether to send a nice message.
Clubs can be a bit like that for us. |
