Evening all. What is this club in Stoke like for a single man on a Friday. Is it swamped with single men or a decent ratio? Any views appreciated, I want to make it worthwhile and know it's up to me to put on the effort. |

Never swamped by single men as there are always couples and single girls there.
Don't have to much to drink as it isn't attractive, be polite and chst to people you are then more likely to get asked to play.
Enjoy a dance and make friends. |

I attend Atlantis on a couple of Fridays each month. There is always a good mix of couples, single ladies and single men. It's a really friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The hosts and bar staff are great and after a tour of the club, they will introduce you to people, so you wont be a Billy no mates. |

We haven't been for a couple of months (please let us have a night out soon!) but the Friday ratios are normally quite balanced. The single men who get involved, chat and dance and laugh, pay compliments and smile and make eye contact, tend to do well. Especially those who really dress to impress! The ones who lurk in the corners looking glum tend to be disappointed, so don't be one of those. Not all couples are looking for singles, but don't be afraid to ask, quite a few opportunities are missed, so we've seen! |

I've been to a few clubs around the country and Atlantis is right up there as a great club for a number of reasons,
Excellent ratio of male, female, couples
Friendly people that make you feel very comfortable
Great hosts. Cat is lovely!
I went on a Friday. My advice, for what it's worth, be polite, be chatty without being overbearing, needy or creepy and just enjoy it. |
