the only thing that can really make anyone too ugly to 'socialise' is a bad attitude and so that means your looks are not as important as your intentions,would you prefer a friend who is beautiful to look at but very selfish and spiteful or would you prefer a friend who is kind happy and average looking?

I'll use reverse psychology to help you, because if I gave the answer that I believe all bodies have a valid claim to be considered beautiful and people have different tastes 1. I could write paragraphs about it and 2. it's a view espoused so many times you're likely to reject it.
So my answer is that: Yes, you look like the elephant man and instead of attempting to go to a club just go live under a stone somewhere (no, stop you're better off just killing yourself!).
