Question for anyone who has stayed overnight at Chameleons Darlston. We've booked a room for next Monday night. What are the rooms and facilities like? And I presume everyone is very well behaved after hours...? |

Ive not stayed in a room but have been in one of the rooms, its was lovely, bed was so comfy.
From my understanding if you haven't booked a room you cant stay over if invited by someone that has, however I may be wrong on that |

Coming from belfast we always stay when we visit chams.the rooms aren't the Ritz, but they are clean and comfortable, have an en suite wet room,tea/coffee facilities and a television.they serve their purpose, somewhere to get your head down for a few hours after a night of partying.
A sausage or bacon sandwich is then brought to your room in the morning for breakfast. |

We have always found the rooms to be clean. Cant say I've ever walked in a room and thought "ooh that's nice". But the rooms are very handy being a few seconds away.
We prefer a room on the terrace. If they're not available then we book a hotel nearby.
Tea and coffee is in the room, as are clean towels. Hope this helps.. X

We have booked one of the sun terrace rooms for first Friday in March.think it was £51.
Nearby hotels, holiday inn holiday inn express, were a similar price, plus the added expense of £6 taxi there n back. |

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack! |
I have only stayed in the older rooms and I would say think of Travelodge and they`re about comparable with that. Great wet room shower/toilet/wash basin, tv/dvd, hot drink making facilities and a comfy bed! What more do you need when you`re shagged out! Never bought anyone else back to a room but I think it was frowned on, but possibly because of fire and revenue protection reasons. And, of course, no taxis, no driving home/back to your hotel etc. |

We stayed at the holiday Inn last time which was absolutely fine, but far better to be on site. And if a fellow resident wanted an afterwards then bonus! |

There is usually opportunity to play in each other rooms.
Thought so. Are you coming next Monday? "
