anybody going this friday?
nikki and myself are thinking about it. she has a fancy dress for the nights theme.
just a bit concerned about the recent reviews about single men behaviour. not that we will be worried as i can easily handle men who touch without asking.
just hope it doesnt put off other couples or ladies |

I'm hoping to make it to Chams on Friday.
I haven't been on a Friday for a while as I now prefer Sundays - they are a bit more chilled and less hectic.
I read the reviews about last Friday night and the "strange" atmosphere. Pretty depressing as Chams is a great place, the staff are fantastic and usually the clientele is very respectful.
Only takes a couple of idiots who feel that they can do whatever they want to change people's perceptions, particularly of single guys. As a regular Chams goer who prefers to talk to people rather drag my knuckles along the ground chasing couples I hope last Friday was a one-off and it doesn't deter people from enjoying what Chams is all about! |

I was there last Friday and there did seem to be an odd atmosphere, having said that, it certainly wasn't because of single men. In fact, there were very few men in there compared to normal Fridays.
One review I read made me think I'd been in a different club because the comments about the single men were so far from what I'd witnessed.
Anyways, I'll be there on Friday so it couldn't be that bad  |

The reviews were from one night in particular and when I was reading them, only one (Keeley) stated they had spoken to the staff about the specified males behaviour and he was asked to leave. So while reading them, I questioned whether they had informed any of the member of staff and if they hadn't then how are they to know? They're not psychic and rely on people letting them know if they are having problems. I see it too much on the reviews page, when someone says avoid, they have rarely spoken with the staff so to me its not a fair representation of the club, because if people let them know then the situation can be resolved, which in chams it was. This to me, shows more about the club and it's staff than anything else, they value the reputation of the club so will do all they can to maintain it.
As for leaving alcohol, I always do, just as a tip for him, apart from last time he made sure I got it back, so I couldn't say anything next time I went lol.
Read the reviews and it's not put me off at all  |

I've always found the staff in Chams to be very attentive to any issues, I also make sure to tell them about any other issues I've noticed such as messes in toilets etc (seriously people, if you're not toilet trained, don't leave your fecking house  )
I'd have no worries about attending on a Friday again |

Nooooooooo, there weren't many there, the guy I mentioned in my review was part of a couple.
The single guys are not to blame at all. |

To be honest i would be put off with the behaviour described and it takes a lot to annoy me ! |

I wouldn't say it is jumping to the clubs defence, as regulars people can give a true reflection of how they normally find the club. If something like that happened often on a Friday night then there'd be more about it in the reviews and many would avoid going regularly if it was the case. Most of the reviews from a Friday night are positive, so it shows last Friday was just an unfortunate night and not something that happens often. |

Totally agree. If we thought the single guys weren't polite there's no way I'd be going back no matter how much fun the round table is with another woman and lots of guys  |

I went last Friday and didn't notice a strange atmosphere. It was the same as ever. There was a fun atmosphere and play taking place everywhere, I've never seen the couples room so crowded.
There was one single guy in there who was making a nuisance of himself. He was wearing boxer shorts and a shirt, sleeveless I think. I've never seen him in there before. He was pushing in during play amongst groups in the orgy room and just being rude. When I was talking to a couple near the end of the evening they said he had been banging on the door of the private room they were in for 15 minutes. He just had no decorum about him. Rude, pushy and no swinging social skills.
If you read my veri's it says that I always ask first, I wouldn't dream of just groping, very bad form.
Like I said, no strange atmosphere, just a fun night with a couple of bad eggs. |

If we had a sitter we would be there. Was going to go the 13th but Mrs M was ill.
Have to say we have been on loads of Fridays and never had any problems we couldn't deal with easy. Yes you do get the odd guys trying tge private rooms, asking to be let in, but a quick f**k off solves that same with the touching. We have noticed lately guys sitting in the changing rooms a fair bit,have mentioned this to staff too.
The last Friday we went was very quiet, very strange too, we went with another couple and a single fem who regulars amd all said it was a odd night but I guess your grt that at any club.
All in all chams is and will remain our favourite Club.we go to a fair few other clubs, all have their good and bad points but all in all chams is where we feel most at home. |

We travelled 20 miles of a 40 mile journey only to realise we left card at home.no money,had to come home. Nikki was not happy as she sorted a outfit out for bit |

Yep.before we left I felt in jacket and card was there.got out of car and pulled it out.it was the one I hadn't received new password for yet. |
